Great experience! I went to get gas on September 12 th. I paid $25 cash. I received a very important phone call and forgot to pump my gas. Oops!
Today I got in my car and realized that I was on empty. I went back to the gas station , spoke with Betty and explained the situation .
I told her the time how much I spent and what pump I was on… she reached into the cash register and had a note with $25 attached to it that said that somebody paid $25 on pump 8 and did not pump their gas. The person on duty’s name was Camille or something like that.
I just wanted to say thank you for your honesty!

Pulled up the pump's 1 and 2 and the computer's not working went to tell the tenant to put a sign on there out of order she totally ignored me while she was on the phone facing the cigarettes acting like she was straightening them out and is still on the phone 5-10 minutes later

This used to be my go to station but it has become very over priced recently.Went to a competitors station down the street for $0.30 less per gallon.

I told the cashier my pump # before I showed my ks card and he canceled and let me start over so that I could us my fuel points. Thank you!

Wow I am blown away by the customer service at this store! I went to the store to get balloons filled for my nephew's birthday. I was disappointed when I realized the floral shop was closed. I went to ask the cashiers if anyone could still fill balloons for me. Immediately Shyanne volunteered to fill them for me. She was so sweet and kind. I felt so cared for!

They were out of all but premium grade fuel. My tank was empty so I had no choice but to fill my tank. King Soopers seems to have a hard time keeping all grades stocked at several of their locations but to only have premium available is not acceptable.
