Ken's is honest and has good employees. The work on my car was done professionally and quickly. I can't compare prices as I did not shop around, so I hope I paid fair market value for the parts. I could have done it cheaper myself, but I like having the warranty on the work.

Was the last time to use this place. I tried to recharge the A/C sistem
This shop said total will be $2500 for recharge including heating core. Without core will be around $2000
They said also will be that amount due to needs to replace evaporator cooler, which was a lie
I went to a different place, they check the system and they just need to replace a valve (50 dls)the do the entire work for $248 dollars. Evaporator was ok
$2000 vs &248. ???

I came in for a power steering issue. The team at Ken’s were professional, speedy, and they even gave me a ride after I dropped off my car. My car is now driving waaaaay smoother than it was before the power steering went out.

I hit my car , breaking the air conditioning system, I’ve been on a short budget so my friend recommended me an unlicensed mechanic that worked out of his van, while repairing my car he purposely broke of a connector that prevented my engine from starting. I called Ken’s as I’ve worked with them before, they took my car in quickly,and since it was a lengthy repair they provided a courtesy vehicle for me to get around in. As a single mother with 3 kids and two jobs this was extremely helpful. They have my truest , and I will never go anywhere else again.

Have always had great experiences with Ken’s Auto. They will give you their recommendations but don’t pressure you to commit to services and give realistic time/cost expectations. Excellent level of service. Clean lobby/waiting area and nice amenities in the waiting room such as coffee and soda. Everyone is friendly and personable!
