Inquired about real estate services, ended up going with someone else for no specific reason (she just ended up emailing me back first). However, "Gage from Keller Williams" has now called me several times, even when I stated I was working with someone else. Definitely on my never-work-with list.

Sellers agent from our recent home purchase left his large sale sign on our property for us to deal with. Our buyers agent contacted him and he said he would ensure it was picked up. Never happened. Now it’s on us to have to pay to dispose of the sign.Poor work ethic and lacking integrity. Follow through on what you say you’ll do. Doesn’t matter if you have a company who manages this aspect of your sale process, it’s still your responsibility.Thanks for giving us one more unneeded thing to do for our new home purchase. We know who not to work with if and when we buy / sell in the future.

I got texted by a Jeanette and never heard back from here about the discussion we had if this is how it works with this company I am not sure if I want to work with anyone who has a work ethic like that.

We were so fortunate to have worked with this wonderful team. Jorge Arellano was our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we looked at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Jorge was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.
