I was shopping for SUV online and they had the best price range for used cars. I inquired via email past 9pm and they replied within 2 minutes!!! I was impressed with prompt response out of their business hours. Then, when I went in to take a look at the cars I felt relieved that I didn't feel intimidated as if I walked into a big dealership. I was taken care of by one salesman/manager and I absolutely loved the experience. Car buying experience was never this easy. Thanks, Tom!!

I never had such comfortable experience buying a car. The salesman wasnt pushing me toward more expensive cars. I just wanted to look around first on my own. Salesman actually left me alone after greeting me to look around by myself. Without following me around. Once i found the car i wanted the manager came over and personally negotiate on the price. Other places the manager doesnt deal with actual customers. And it takes forever for salesmen go back and forth between manager to negotiate with. If they give you any discount at all. Would i buy my next car here? Definitely I would happily recommend KDM to family & friends
