Horrible experience at this store because of a single employee. I moved closer to Aurora a little over 6 months ago and have been frequently visiting the Aurora Town Center, including the Kay’s there. My experiences were wonderful up until about 2-3 months ago, and since then it’s just been getting progressively worse. One day I was coming in to visit the store and just look around and see what they had and although I was helped by another employee, I couldn’t help but notice the disgusted looks and death glares I was getting from another employee from across the store. I found out later from another employee her name is Chervon. She acted like she was absolutely repulsed by my presence in the store. It made me extremely uncomfortable and upset. It feels like she has something against me and I have never interacted with her. I have seen her exchange these looks to other customers as well. She seems bothered by people coming in the store and the people she does interact with she is rude and dismissive to the entire time and acts like she doesn’t want to be helping them. Her expression and body language seem to show her being upset or mad about something. She lacks customer service skills and makes the entire experience there in the store awkward and uncomfortable for me.

Each time I've come in here, it has taken between 5 and 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. I walked out the first time I went because no one said anything to me and I just didnt feel like waiting. There were only 2 customers in the store at that time.By comparison, since I'm looking for a wedding band, I've gone in every other major jewelry store in the mall and they all greet me as soon as I walk in, even if it's to say they need just a minute. That doesn't happen at Kay, at least, not the 3 times I've needed to go in there. If you have to pick a store based on customer service, this ain't the place.

I recently had my second encounter with Jessica at Kay's in Aurora, and unfortunately, I found the customer service experience to be disappointing. I felt that she was not friendly, and her interactions were rude and dismissive. This is not the first time I've noticed this behavior, and it seems to be a consistent issue. I believe it's important for all customers to feel valued and respected. I hope the management at Kay's takes note of these concerns and addresses them to ensure a better overall customer experience. For those considering shopping at this location, I recommend being aware of these potential issues.

The staff at Kay are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The products are decently priced and of good quality.What you can't find in the store could possibly be found online at the company's website. This location is inside of a mall.

Terrible experience. When you go to the store to buy it's all great. After you make the purchase the headache starts. Bought my husband a wedding band that needed to be resized and over a month ago and didn't find out the ring hadn't left the store until I called them on the due date for pick up and they said the resize was wrong so they were sending it back again and I should wait another 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and I call them to hear that the ring can't be resized at all and that a refund will beade but only when the ring gets shipped back to the store which would take anytime between 6 and 8 weeks.Now..this could've been avoided if they had told them from the beginning that the ring couldn't be resized or if they had given me proper updates on the status (at a minimum).If I wanted to just buy jewelry I could've gone anywhere but if I wanted the great customer experience or a minimum of respect I should've probably gone somewhere else. Lesson learned! Hope you don't go through the same with this store.

I had a frustrating experience at Kay Jewelry in this location. The lady assisting me overcharged by $100, insisting she was right despite my concerns. After leaving, I double-checked and returned to speak with the manager. The manager acknowledged the mistake, but unfortunately, there was no apology, which left me dissatisfied with the service, especially from the lady.or manager.

I bought a ring, needed it resized and was paid for in full, when I picked it up, the manager Jeanine was extremely rude, and rolled her eyes at me for asking for a simple request. I was looking forward to buying a watch for Father's Day but with that attitude I will not be spending another dime with them.

Was it all because I’m Mexican? TERRIBLE SERVICE from JESSICA! Get help from anybody but JESSICA . I have never felt so disrespected. I came so happy to pick up my engagement ring. I wish I knew this would be the way I would be treated and would not have come. The moment I walked in she had an upset face I advised her that I was there to pick up a purchased that I had previously made. She then proceeded to ask me with an angry face from where ? I told her I bought it in store and it was sent to be resized . I proceeded to advised the previous girl that had helped me with my purchase . she then came back towards me and SLAMMED the counter. The whole time she was assisting me she had an angry face as if I was upsetting her because she was assisting me. She then moved the rings towards me like get your stuff and get out. I asked her for a box for the ring as I previously did not get one . She even questioned me for a second then proceeded to get a box and put on the table. Once she went towards the other side of the counters she was nice to the next person like nothing had happened. If you don’t enjoy assisting customers . And can’t treat all with respect and equality then Jessica this is no longer the job for you!

I just bought my mother and sister rings for the holidays and the two beautiful women that helped me were unbelievably helpful and sooo nice! The customer service was probably the best for seen in person in years! I can’t thank them enough for helping me out and I give an excellence rating for sure!

We came in to get a wedding band. Cailey was extremely helpful. Not only was she personable and efficient, helping us find the perfect ring in no time flat, but she even told us about important information about the warranty on the engagement ring we already had. Friendly and professional staff. 10/10 would recommend for any jewelry needs.

I recently got a watch from a different kay outlet. unfortunately I didnt want the watch due to the face time piece being so big. I then started to look online for a different ones I found a really nice one for only a couple hundred more to but it was in a different outlet I then called the Aurora Mall outlet were the watch was located. The employee then told me yes they would exchange it no problem, since I bought it that same day. I headed down there which is a commute from we're i live. I get there around 6pm 2 hours before they close. just to get turned down due to the sytem being down at the moment But they assured me that they would exchange it for me no problem if I returned it the next day. I then go home frustrated a little bit due to gettting told one thing and getting turned down. But with that reassurance of them exchanging it for the one I found at there store i easy calm down. I then head after work after I pick up my wife and kids, before I head down there I called twice no one picked up so we all loaded up and head down there just to be told they cannot exchange my watch because it was altered. ( it was fitted to my wrist at the other outlet and I had everything it came with). It's crazy how these places want you to apply for credit card and the moment you need assistance or help they pick and choose what to take and send you off To be another stores problem, now I'm headed toward the original store that I bought it from just to return, so I can have them send the watch from the other store. All I wanted was a watch now I've waisted time, energy, and gas. for what a headache and to wait longer for a watch that was in the store I went to exchange it. I would advise people against getting a credit card from kay and not going to the Aurora mall kay outlet. They obviously want a lighter work load.
