Called for my tire to be changed out took out all my stuff that came with the truck. The technician said my stock jack wouldn’t work so I ran a 2ton jack out to him and he left. Said I needed a tow. I didn’t need a tow I need my tire changed out since it will be flat by the time I get out of work. So much for roadside assistance

I was told by the officer that my car was going to city impound since it was in an accident, but John's Towing told me my car was going to John's yard. Last minute change of plans, I decided to have them re-route it to my house instead of their yard. Dispatch got a hold of the driver, and within 10 minutes, the driver was at my driveway. 5 stars goes to Kyle for laughing and taking jokes that night with my boys and I. Also, he was kind enough to bring my car key back the next day because we forgot all about the key ?♀️

The reason for the rating is the female answering the phones. She was so rude to me on the phone. She was hurrying me. I was very stress about my car and Inhad to speak with the tow company 3 times and each time the lady was so rude. Not using them again!

Called bc my car had mechanical issues. It was very easy to book and get a quote. Dispatcher Rene was kind and straightforward. Communication was crystal clear on timing of pickup and price.
Driver Tony was professional and handled my car with great attention to detail. No one is calling a tow company bx they are having a good day but this company made things easy.
