Moving at a snails pace today. Only one in the place. Saturday 3/30/24 @ 5:30 pm. Took forever for them to make my sandwich. Like almost 5 minute and I was the ONLY one in there. Then a homeless guy came in and made a scene trying to use the bathroom and the employees were fine with him even though he mentioned smoking drugs in there. Get this franchise location under control.

A friend turned me onto JJs just over 2yrs ago and I was hooked!! I get the SAME sandwich Every. Single. Time and I order from the SAME STORE Every. Single. Time. The East Coast Spicy Italian with NO lettuce, NO peppers, NO onions but the last two times I've ordered my sandwich it has come with ALL the things I said I DIDN'T want! So it's sad to say but I will no longer be ordering JJs.

I am very disappointed in my overall experience with this store today. The customer service was absolutely terrible. My sandwich was not made correctly and I did not receive all of the extra things I ask for on my sandwich. When I finally got back to work I realized that I was missing items on my sandwich, I proceeded to call the store multiple times and ask for the manager. The employee that answered the phone kept claiming that she could not hear me. So I called from two different phones at this point, and she still claimed she couldn’t hear me.On top of the horrible customer service, and the incorrect sandwiches the management team was sitting in the back watching the interaction and not once did they step in and take control of the situation. This is the absolute worst experience that I have ever had.

Do not order from here! Took over 2 hours to deliver my food with no updates. When I called to cancel the order after a hour and a half, I was told that it wouldn’t be “fair”. The employees were very rude about the whole thing and didn’t even deliver the right food after all that time. The food that was delivered was soggy and cold. I have nothing good to say about this place. Save your time and money

I waited an hour and a half for a sandwich from this place and of course they couldn't be bothered to even make the sandwich right. There is absolutely no reason I should pay 20 dollars not only wait but to also have a sandwich slapped together like they couldn't be bothered. This location makes the entire company look bad. This is unsatisfactory.

I paid extra for avocado spread. I did not get the avocado spread. I asked for mustard, did not get mustard. It's sad. I can see it on the receipt but not in my sandwich. Had to use my own mustard, don't have avocado spread at home.

We got in at 8.10pm, and they close at 9pm. The girl walked out from the back, and turned back around without acknowledging us. We could hear them chatting in the back. The meats were all set out of the fridge. We gave them another 5 min. and left.JJs need to review the store cameras and sales for tonight. (I don't need to fill out a survey.)

"Unprofessional"Came here for lunch, and one of the workers was extremely rude and unprofessional to many of the customers walking in (in addition to myself). I understand if you get busy for lunch rush and have a lot of online orders. This does not give employees an excuse to be the way they are to customers coming in to grab lunch. The only reason my review for this location (and Jimmy John's as a whole) isn't lower than 3 stars is because I actually enjoy and love their food. Now the worker, this time, not so much.

I called to ask a simple question about delivery areas and the GM was arrogant and condescending and even said "I'm sorry HONEY, I can't help you. I gotta go. And hung up on me. I am NOT his HONEY and he has atrocious customer service. I feel sorry for his staff.

Location understaffed, had to wait 30 mins on a mobile order with one person in front of me. Customers who came in later but ordered at the counter got their food first. Are the rewards points worth it?

Website told me that my order was delivered and it wasnt there. I called the store and they said the driver was just leaving with my order. It is a 5 min drive from my house to the jimmy johns, and it has been an hour since i called.And i have all the call receipts to prove it. I shouldve just went to the store and ordered instead. And this isnt the first time that the delivery was very late. Last time i had delivery, i waited for an hour. What happened to "subs so fast youll freak"?? If an hour delivery is "fast" to yall, then im scared to see what slow is.
