Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the Aurora location. Scheduling was a breeze! Love that they have a central schedule system, so with one call I was able to schedule at whichever clinic in my area had the soonest availability.

The staff are very pleasant, but overall it was not worth the hassle of going here. We weren't given warning that children under 12 weren't allowed to sit in during ultrasounds until we showed up with our 6 year old who was excited to see her baby sister on the screen. Instead, she and ny husband had to sit outside.
But then comes the billing. Not once but twice they failed to process an insurance claim. They sent me a full bill and then sent it to collections the following month. Revisiting the location is worthless, apparently its out of their control. Coordinated a three way call with my insurance company. They assured me everything was taken care of. Well, no it isn't. I just got another notice from the collections company for the original balance, which was paid almost a year ago. Apparently Sally Jobe never bothered to connect with collections and let them know things had been worked out.
