This has nothing to do with the customer service employees. They are always friendly. The ineptitude of the management is astounding. I go there to buy my pods for the vape I purchased there. So many times the pods are out of stock. It has been 2 weeks currently out of stock. The employees don't know when it is coming in. It is obviously a high seller. So even the most inexperienced person of management needs to adjust the inventory levels to account for any type of delays that may happen. Nope not here.. they can't control their own inventory. VERY poorly run company.

Grabbed a couple vapes here. The girl working there when they opened was super friendly and helpful. Very nice girl. Prices were average. Significantly cheaper online, but you pay for the convenience here of not waiting for shipping.

Charged me $30 for 60ml bottle that is $12 online elsewhere. Wish I knew that before purchasing. Juices on wall can not be seen clearly. Not helpful at all with answers when asking what the flavors are. Just go elsewhere.

Meh. Product worked as it should. Sweet lady behind counter knew nothing about the products even though she said they've sold them for years... Her lack of answers and education on the products she sold are the reason I got the $14 option and not the $32 option.

Place stinks of incense. Maybe you like it? I don't. Prices seem more expensive then other vape shops. Menus arent updated and they have the checkout stand so far from juices you cant see what they have. Hate this place

This place don’t even deserve a star rip off there way over priced above msrp I now shop at eVAPORation located less then a mile from this place the same vape pen is 40 dollars at this place 15 dollars above msrp go less then a mile away and it’s 15 dollars less what a rip off I recommend Evaporation great place fair prices compared to these crooks what a joke

Best customer service I have ever received from any store ever! In the picture is the manager Adrian who made the whole experience amazing! Very welcoming and informative! I am new to vaping and he was very patient, polite, and informative. Straight to the point when you walk through the door (IDs are a must for our communities safety and he upholds this policy to the T). They have a wide variety of reusable and disposable products. The flavors are amazing and they have options for every buyer. From big hits to small hits, to beginner tips to pro tips. I would nominate this store for a must visit in person or over the phone. Glad this company has hired the perfect staff to ensure a great over all experience! Thank you Adrian for being a great person and representative of a great company. 10 out of 10 by far!

They do not honor their so called 30 day money back guarantee. I bought a vape there and had it 2 weeks and it began leaking. I changed the pod and that one leaked to. I went in and wanted to exchange, but because the device still turned on, they refused to honor it. They then proceeded to cuss me out and threw me out of the store. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, they are a$$holes. Mind you I am a disabled senior citizen!
