Todd with the maintenance group was extremely helpful and quick. He was able to fix our problem with the AC unit in a fast and efficient manner. He provided me with all information that was necessary for the fix and informed on what could have caused it. He was a huge help with getting some cool air in the unit.

Elijah the groundskeeper and Chris with maintenance are so helpful. In the last week, they both have gone above and beyond helping me out. The first time, I spilled glass in the parking lot and Elijah stopped and helped me get it cleaned up! Next, with a routine maintenance request, Chris fixed everything thoroughly, was friendly with my barking dog, and then helped with two additional fixes that I had forgotten to include in my initial request. Thank You!

Its Infested with Roaches very uncomfortable dealing with that. and no parking , tow truck takes every visiters car after 8pmApril 5 - 2024Maintenance takes long to fix anything,Problems with drainage and no clean water for drinking or showeringStill no parking available , gotta park across the street and walk 1 mile to my carBut they are quick to charge you of anything they need from you.

I drive by this complex on my way to work everyday. I decided on my lunch break to stop in and check out. My lease at my current place ends in the summer time so I thought I would start looking around. When I came in I was greeted by Charlie and he is very welcoming. He invited me to sit down and we discussed the options for my timeframe. He is very knowledgeable about the community and all the floor plans. We checked out their model home(loved all the decorations in the model). We also got to check out the year round pool! My place has had the pool closed for 5 months. Their gym is also probably one of the nicest apartment gyms you’ll see. The walkability to the cornerstar shopping area is great. I take my 1 year old puddle pup to that wag and wash all the time. Overall I recommend the complex and also highly recommend Charlie. Thank you Charlie for squeezing me in without an appointment and showing me around. This ends my apartment search with Imt Cornerstar ranch being at the top!

They do a great job taking care of the facilities. Especially the maintenance, they are prompt and efficient. Todd has fixed multiple things in our apartment, and he is professional even when my dog won't stop barking at him.

JAKE has been very helpful fixing many different issues in my apartment. He did a good job at resurfacing my tub so it looks brand new. He did an excellent job at replacing my old washing machine that didn’t work to a newer one in less than 20 min ! He repaired the toilet when it was constantly running water and also fixed a leak in my fridge. He is always changing any burnt light bulbs that do not work. Thank you for your hard work and professionalism and for always picking up after every job !!!

Living here has been a dream compared to a lot of the other communities around the Denver area charging around the same price. Amenities are taken care of, and if they go out of service they are brought back as soon as ACTUALLY possible, not just as soon as they feel like it. The maintenance folks, especially Todd who has helped us a few times, are really nice and work very effectively, especially when it comes to communicating the issues and any follow-up needed. Same with the leasing office - they are kind, informative, and understanding. The grounds are kept nice including sweeping out the hallways of each building quite often, and while there will always be the issue of owners not picking up after their dogs, they do a really good job of getting as much as they can every working morning. The parking is the only thing that I have an issue with. If you pay for a covered spot, you can't park in any other spot as you don't get to keep your parking pass in order to keep their "one spot per leaseholder" rule. Unfortunately, there just isn't a solution to this issue as it has to do with the developer doing a poor job of providing ample parking in leu for "landscaping" and the county not allowing street parking on Cherokee, but that doesn't fall on any of the folks here, which is why I still give it 5 stars. With how high rents are, it's nice to actually feel like you are getting what you are paying for here.

One of my friends lives here, and I love going to visit her. The property looks great! She said the staff and maintenance dept are all super helpful too.
