The hotel it self was nice. Rooms are large and comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water. As far as breakfast, personnel needs to be more attentive. Foods were running out, some of the food tasted like left overs from the day before. Also, the cleanliness could have been better. The biggest issue we had is the housekeeping. We got here on Friday and we are checking out Tuesday. Not once has anyone with housekeeping been in. Bed not made, trash needs emptied and we have not received any clean towels or wash clothes.

Friendly checked in and fave shuttle bus to Denver Airport. Room is clean and comfy. We love it!

I have been trying to speak to a supervisor since my 2nd evening. I am less than satisfied. I have a list of items that I need to discuss. My last resort is to try to reach out to the 1-800 number in hopes they will have someone contact me.
My room was not cleaned until I brought it to their attention. So the beds were not made and food trash from our dinner remained in our room. I was not given fresh towels until asked. I went to breakfast at 9am.There was a sign saying no hot breakfast my 1st morning. They had a few pieces of frozen fruit in a bowl that they did not refill during my time at breakfast. So the options was oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast and waffles. There was shredded cheese and bacon bits as well but I don't know why.
The 2nd morning it was the same. A nearly empty bowl of fruit but today they added eggs, sausage and tortillas. The temperature was still an issue. There were no cups to put the waffle mix in. My cousin used the paper coffee cup. At 9am all the chairs were flipped over at the bar and breakfast area. It didn't seem welcoming and only 5 chairs were available to sit in at the time. They had already started to clean the breakfast area and it didn't end until 9:30am.
The morning of my departure I had rsvp for transportation to the airport for 5:30am. There was no courtesy call and no one was as the front desk when I arrived at 5:31. I was getting off the elevator at 5:30.
When the front desk person arrived, she informed me that the shuttle had left and they don't issue courtesy calls but they did it the day before when my relative signed up. The best part of this hotel was leaving it.

If you are a guest and you need something, you have to go downstairs at the reception to take it yourself. Very disappointing and never happened at any of the hotels I stayed at., even 2 stars hotels.

Rooms: The rooms here are very nice and super affordable! Honestly, I really didn't even want to leave when it was time to go! The breakfast here is AMAZING, and they even have employees there working the continental breakfast just in case you need anything st all!! 2 THUMBS UP for this one!! I highly recommend this place to absolutely anyone!!

We have loved our stays at other Hyatt Places. They are modern, pristine, and offer great service. Our experience in Denver was quite below expectations. The hotel feels old, there is little attention to details, we were hoping we would have dinner at their Placery (announced to be open until midnight but was closed when we arrived shortly after 10 pm), employee ignore you… There was no one replacing fruit for breakfast.
This hotel is a “no repeat” for us.

Old room, curtain removed, smells like cigarettes, mediocre breakfast and they offered a variety of food options and they no longer have them.
Rooms: Old and with the curtain dismantled
Food and drinks: They said they had it and they don't have it. Mediocre breakfast.

It is 8:31 and the 8:30 airport shuttle is already gone. Make sure you are in the lobby ridiculously early if you want to get on your scheduled shuttle.

Easy to get checked in and super friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Will definitely be booking when I come back
