All the reviews are true! This location is the worst! Love the bank itself, hate this location! The employees are rude and unprofessional. Their so called policies are just made up for this location. Never have a problem anywhere else. Avoid this location. Great bank! Horrible location!

This could actually be the worst bank that exists in general, then this branch makes that even worse. So many negative experiences, I can't even name them all. Had to update my address, the same address, 7 times now and they still get it wrong. Locked my account on a holiday weekend while their app was down for maintenance because they didn't update my address correctly. Wasn't able to transfer money to cover an upcoming payment due to locked account and got overdraft fees which overdraft option was supposed to be turned off but they literally fail to get anything right. All of this impacted my standby cash limit that i didn't even ask for then they reported to credit bureau that they dropped the limit (for something that was THEIR fault, but they don't report that). This branch has the RUDEST employees. And they can't let you withdraw $5 in quarters because they don't carry that much change in the bank, they MUST give you $10 in quarters instead. Make it make sense. Them buying TCF was the worst mistake ever. I'm switching banks and never looking back. I have actually never had a banking experience worse than this. Must say though, at least they're consistent. I've never had to wonder if they will switch up and start to do things correctly. Just HORRIBLE!!!

This location and honestly Huntington is pretty bad. I’ve been here at this location for 45 mins just to make a simple withdrawal. The staff is nice but with 4 people here why is the wait this long?? If I was paid bi weekly rather than weekly I’d have changed my direct deposit but since I can’t I have to come here and take money out and Deposit it in other banks. Why don’t they put deposit and withdraw slips in the carrier? However again the staff is nice.

This location for banking is terrible. The teller there Abu is not customer driven. What a poor experience. I am a over 15 years customer and I have never been treated so poorly. I will reach out to Huntington Corporate office for resolution.

Their marketing material says that interest is paid on checking and savings accounts. When I asked about the rates, I was told that both paid "0.01%" in interest! When I said that wasn't worth keeping my money at Huntington, the manager told me to let him know when I wanted to close my accounts! I banked with TCF for nearly 20 years and the service I got was (almost) always good. Huntington appears to be a different animal. And, yes, I'll be contacting the manager to close my accounts

It used to be a TCF bank. I showed up the day before and it was closed before closing time. They only have one ATM and it has been malfunctioning for the past week and a half. I came into the branch this morning and it took 25mins standing in line to be taken care of with oy two people in front of me. When I asked thr manager her reply was too bad this is what we got going on. Seriously thinking of closing my account.
