Quincy/ Buckley location is awful. I run my girl scout account with Huntington after beginning with TCF and nothing seems to function as it should. I sit in the drive through for at least 15 minutes with no other cars, to make a simple deposit. I tried going inside once and was there for 37 minutes just to make a simple deposit. Rude, unapologetic, and slow. Awful experience EVERY time. Based on reviews, I'll head to another branch.

I've been with TCF which is now Huntington Bank for over15 years. The previous Branch Manager was amazing and had a customer driven team. The new Branch Manager is clueless and has some staff memebers that are not customer driven. However, team members Leslie and Crystal are amazing. Both are very professional,friendly,kind and caring. If you want good service see Lelsie or Crystal. The other staff members including the Branch Manager need Customer Satisfaction training.The Regional Manager Tracey is Awesome also. She is working hard to fix the woes at this location.

TCF was better... They had a Coin machine which is now gone. They gave me sleeves to put my coins in and I come back today and their lobby is closed with no explanation.... Is this our new world, poor service but cost more..... I think I'll need to take my business and money to Chase.....

This bank is super helpful and has excellent customer serviceI needed to get a medallion signature, and while they didn’t provide it here, they researched, called me back, directed me to their other branch that does it.

This hunting bank employee they need a lot of training they very rude they Don’t want help you they don’t have customers service at all I have a Business bank with this bank I have to move from this bank the lauds specialty they are not coming to work very very rude

Quincy and Buckley loction-.....Went in for a simple transaction-went in the place looked to be under construction not very welcoming. 3 ladies sitting there not very friendly and way too giggly to even assist me.I asked a question-one lady asked the 2 what to do and another round of giggles from all 3.Took my card and ID and left for a different location.I've been a customer with TCF for quite a few years...not sure if I will be for very long with Huntington. Customer service is very crucial these days.Buckley and Mississippi location the ladies are very welcoming and kudos to the manager Lori over there :)
