Very grateful they were able to take care of my taxes correctly. I recently got a hybrid car and many people don't know that you get a rebate on your taxes. Happy that they knew what to do to help.

This H&R Block office is wonderful. Every staff member is professional, knowledgeable, and above all, kind and caring. They always do an excellent job with my taxes and I trust them implicitly.

Service can be spotty, never know if you will get a good or bad front desk associate or cpa. Interactions with Taniqua haven been unpleasant. She refuses to let you finish a sentence before she starts speaking over you. Poor customer service for a receptionist.

Great location. Front office staff are helpful and friendly. Joe Rechtfertig is awesome. He really knows his tax stuff. I recommend scheduling an appointment with him.
