“This restore is always stocked, there is always new things, price is very modest and you will find things that will surprise you. Everyone is nice and the store is clean with no used clothes or shoes.”

Just had the most ridiculously frustrating checkout experience that caused my two item checkout to turn into a more than 30 minute ordeal. The machines kept freezing, so I had to wait around while the computer and credit cards terminal rebooted. Then I was sent over to customer service to get more help.
I had to redo my checkout multiple times. I was finally able to get my order through and get my receipt, but then the cash box wouldn’t open. So I had to wait around again while they were trying to figure out how to open the cashbox. Someone finally came to get it open but not a single person apologized from management for the inconvenience. Really?
Huge shoutout to Ismael who stayed with me from start to finish to make sure this was resolved. Please give him a raise or I will poach him away to my office because he is the sweetest person ever.”

“We are remodeling and are spending quite a bit of time and $ these days at Home Depot! I wish I'd checked the young ladies name tag. There were 2 of them and I should have checked for both names. We were having a large load being delivered to our home. The great young lady wasn't sure of the definition to the delivery "threshold" and wanted to be sure of the understanding. The other one... said click it and not my problem where they delivered. Our cashier took the time to find the understanding. Greatly appreciated her customer service and care.”

“Man I love this store it has everything I could ever need and such great prices. But the best part of buds wherehouse is the staff they are so help especially that gentleman Kenny he must be manager or the owner or something because he is just so passionate about the place. Way to go buds warehouse keep up the good work and please consider opening a store in Palm Springs ca.”
