The Home Depot should be ashamed and disgusted by the HORRIBLE quality and customer service provided by their contractors. A group of contractors, one of whom was named Leonardo, showed up for a flooring install that has been paid in full for over a month. This location (Pioneer Hills) has the worst service. They don’t have any compassion for the customer or their situation. I was very sick and couldn’t return an item fast enough for them. It hasn’t even been three weeks yet. I was willing to exchange it for a more expensive item and pay the difference even though it was their site that had the error. Now I am out $400. I am unemployed and in this economy I didn’t need to throw money away but they don’t care about that.

The worse service ever, still waiting on all the appliances I bought 2 weeks ago, their delivery service is even worse, the delivered persons damaged my new appliances, use their own saliva to “wipe off” the damages, damages the refrigerator door, microwave was never delivery (after a week later) and was not installed just dropped off (paid for installation, dishwasher was damaged the delivered guy went off on my teenager daughter and still waiting on the delivery of my appliances

Went in to make an exchange was told I could only make a return. Made the return and went to repurchase my item...was told my credit card was denied. Called my card company while still standing at the counter....they saw no denial, they did however see my item purchased twice...I guess 3rd times a charm because my card miraculously worked while my company was on the phone. Been faithfully shopping in this store 10 years and have ALWAYS been treated respectfully. Not sure why the customer service has taken a nose dive, I hope it gets remedied though because I will not be shopping there until it does.

The guys who work in the door department are completely useless. They can't stock doors correctly, they can't order doors correctly, and they give bad advice to avoid having to do their job. All they seem to be doing is making stupid comments to paying customers. I hate to judge an entire store on one department's shortcomings, but I would give them zero stars if I could.

I have been here several times in the past week and the aisles have been impassable every time - carts full of stuff everywhere and today there were 3 young employees standing in lumber talking and doing nothing else. I am not sure if this is a division of work issue or a quality of available help problem or what, but I will be shopping at Lowe's until this place is properly organized/managed. The staff I spoke with were friendly, and helpful when asked, but not the service and environment I enjoy shopping in.

DO NOT BUY AN EVAPORATIVE COOLER OR SWAMP COOLER FROM ANY HOME DEPOT!!!!!!!!!! My husband and I bought our swamp cooler from this Home Depot 2 weeks ago and they make you take it that day, which is fine. We had to rent one of their trucks to get it home, but again thats fine. We had previously talked to someone at another Home Depot and he was very knowledgeable and found us what we needed, so we could just purchase it. Now comes the problem. They had told us they had a company that installs them that we should use and they put in an inquirery about having someone contact us in a few days after our purchase. No Call. We then call the Home Depot back and they transfer us to the company, ANS. They tell us that they do not install evaporative coolers. So another call to Home Depot and they told us that they will try to find someone and that we would get a call in 24 hours for someone to install it. 4 days have gone by and NO ONE has called. Just got off the phone with the Corporate office and you would think they would get this handled and under control for us but NO! 8 transfers later and they even tell me they don't have anyone to install it... This process has taken two weeks for someone to tell me they have no one to install them. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service! Unless you have someone ready for you to install DO NOT buy your swamp cooler from Home Depot!!!!

I really tried to find someone to help me .... I left the store without buying anything ... 'customer service'? there is no such thing at this store ...

Twice now I have ordered products. First time tile. Went to pick it up and they could not find it. I paid for it. But they had to pull tile from the shelf with not so much as a sorry. I even had to tell them how many I ordered and PAID FOR. Ordered Coroplast sheets. Needed them by the 22nd. Ordered them for store pick up April 7th. They disappeared. 10 pack of 4ft by 8ft sheets. Called the store, gal had no idea. Told me to call the web number. On hold an hour. Gal said she would hunt them down and call same day or email. NOTHING. Terry, took a half hour trying to find it. Found it had been delivered to the store on the 13th.

Went it to rent a sander. The rental department guys were great. Then went it to find out about getting a backyard wooden fence installed. We were went on two wild goose chases. The first person we spoke to sent us to the "pro" desk. How ironic. The guy working their looked at us like we were bothering him. Then we were sent to customer service. Two people their acted like they didn't understand what I was talking about. All I said was that we were interested in have a fence installed in our back yard. Seems easy to me. So I give this home depot a 5 for great tool rental department and a 1 for really bad customer service. Too bad, I was really for a new fence and install. PLEASE train your employees!!!!! or have the rental department run everything.

We bought laminate & this happened: They couldn't find the order, told our installer it was in, it wasn't, they couldn't track it, I called & they couldn't find it, but they called the installer & said it was in, but we got a product they don't EVEN SELL. Yep. They have a really long interesting theory on how that happened. You know what? I don't CARE. Oh! Also the product I got cost more than what I ordered and there is less in the box! Double whammy. They graciously "gave" me a $200 refund, after I went and argued with them for an hour. The problems other people came in with! Yikes!! Emails to Home Depot corporate have gone unanswered. Good luck everyone! Save yourself and go to Lowe's.

HD is a huge corporation so am sure my review means nothing but I wanted to warn other customers about the lack of competency at this particular HD. We purchased appliances (over 5k worth) and realized (after purchasing) they could not deliver until a month after purchase! Why? Because the dishwasher was not in stock (even though the washer,dryer,fridge,stove, microwave were) and they had to deliver together! That was my first problem. Second problem? They dont like to refund. We ended up cancelling our order and its been over a week and still no refund so we are out 5k and cant buy appliances because we havent been refunded. Frustrated does not begin to describe how I feel.
