Stay, Park and Fly package. Very clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed (supportive yet soft mattress) and okay pillows (down flattened a lot, down alternative had some support). Could hear neighbors talking loudly through the adjoining door (both locked/shut). Good, reliable, free, airport shuttle service. Friendly, accommodating staff. Terrible breakfast served. Will not eat there again.
Rooms: We got a large room with 2 queens. Very clean, modern (recently remodeled) and comfortable. Mini fridge, microwave, Keurig. Super clean bathroom. Spa-like bath products. Comfy arm chair and desk chair (so 2 people have comfortable places to sit). Liked the room. Except the adjoining doors (even when both closed) do not insulate from sounds of noisy neighbors.
Nearby activities: You can stay, leave car, take free airport shuttle, fly, return via shuttle and stay on the return. All the state and national parks are easy day trips.
Food and drinks: Terrible restaurant. Breakfast: Creamers were old, curdled and/or open, coffee was lukewarm, toast was burnt on one side, omelet tasted terrible with almost no cheese. Nice server tried to make it right. I'll stay there again but will not eat there again.

Hilton Diamond member here ... avoid this hotel. Just finished a 4-night stay. Housekeeping came once, on our third day, and left two towels and a roll of toilet paper and remade dirty beds. The surfaces were not wiped, garbage was left in pails. On our last night, the fire alarm began at 3:45 am and they were unable to turn it off until 5:50 am, a known issue at the hotel. If this sounds terrible, it was. We had an early morning soccer game, and an evening flight, so I requested the 4pm checkout, which is supposed to be extended to Diamond members as long as there is room. Front desk said no. When I cleared out of the room by 2 as they asked, housekeeping had, as usual, already left for the day...asked AGAIN to let my daughter rest since she had been up since 3:45 for the evacuation, and they said they could offer it for a charge of half the nightly rate. No bottled water, first Hilton I've ever stayed at that didn't offer it to us as Diamond members. Also, the surrounding area is sketchy and we were approached 3 times by people tweaking out on something. Truly the worst stay I've had in many years.

Hotel staff were unable to turn off the fire alarm which was activated for 2+ hours starting at 3 AM. They say it’s because of a burst pipe, therefore the fire department will not come out to fix the issue however they are unequipped to handle the situation themselves. I highly recommend staying as far away from this hotel as possible.

Dis a park sleep fly. The Room was great. Our ride to the airport was early and we were picked up quickly on our return.

Shuttle service was very frustrating and inconvenient. We waited at the airport for over an hour. Not using this again. Just drive and park.

Jet Blue booked rooms for this hotel. Apparently the hotel did not allow us to check in. The airport shuttle takes hours, there’s a mini van and a black van. It pick ups on the east side (blue) not the red. I spent two hours waiting because front desk could not give effective directions. If this location does not accommodate airlines they need to do something about it. Incredibly unhappy about the service, after waiting hours and only being offered a lobby.

Excellent service from friendly and efficient staff. Large clean rooms with really comfortable beds (you do need a step ladder to get into them though!) One thing to be aware of is that if you want/need to use the hotel shuttle from Denver airport you need to book this 12 hrs in advance or you will have a long wait! We were not aware of this, but the hotel sent someone immediately to collect us anyway (very grateful for this).

8.22.24-8.25.24 - had a great stay at this hotel. It is perfectly located from the airport and Denver. Staff was great. My only disappointment was that the pool is under renov. Locally, you will be near to everything that you need

The hotel itself is nice and clean—what we expect from a Hilton. Parking is tough. My truck was broken into. Other than the damage to the door, they took only the coins from the console. The hotel staff was meh. $2 for bottled water in the room when other Hilton’s hand it to ya upon entry.
