Horrible horrible shop wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Took my 06 crv here after my catalytic converter was stolen. Their first attempt to fix it in august 2023 cost me over $2k and not only did they install the O2 sensor upside down but their amateur weld job caused the catalytic converter to become clogged less than 6 months later and fail. See image labeled attempt 1. When I took it back to them around Jan 2024, they denied their mistake but replaced the catalytic converter under warranty. Somehow they did an even worse job and their install left my car making more noises than when I brought it in initially. Their newly installed exhaust system is now contacting my floorboard in several places, klunking around each time I back up or take a turn. See images labeled attempt 2. When I took it to my trusted mechanic at hotchkiss, they recommended I redo the entire exhaust system for another $2-2.5k because of how poor of a job Hannah’s mastertek did.
Update 06/2024: Their poor work caused my catalytic converter to become clogged and fail again in June 2024. They replaced it under warranty again and did a slightly better job after I explained all the problems with their first two attempts, however they set the bar very low. I’ll try to upload pictures of attempt 3 when I can. This was my third time giving them a chance to fix this simple part replacement and I would prefer to never return to Hannah’s Mastertek. Just praying that their work holds up for longer than 6 months this time.
Tl;Dr beyond incompetent shop incapable of doing basic repairs even when given multiple chances. Leaves you with more problems.

Mike at Hannah’s is the nicest guy and very knowledgeable. We had our Acura and Honda serviced there for years! Recently we moved out of state and need some records from automotive work from 3 years ago. Mike went above and beyond going back to find the records and sent them over to us the same day. 10/10 recommend them

I had a power steering pump replaced and a new serpentine belt put in. The serpentine belt began to fray in about a month. I called Hannah’s Master Tech and they said bring it down tomorrow- no problem we will replace it immediately. They did! My car was put first in line and a new belt. Michael was very helpful and reassured me things would be done right! I really appt the service!
