**Poor Customer Service Experience**
1. We were charged $300 just to diagnose that the issue was a bad alternator.
2. They initially quoted us $580 for a remanufactured alternator, but after questioning the cost, it was suddenly reduced.
3. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we informed Kyle which vehicle it was, but he didn't ask for any identification. This is concerning as anyone could have walked in, paid, and taken the car. (The vehicle was towed to the location, and he hadn't met us before; we had only communicated over the phone.)
4. After we paid, Kyle handed us the keys and simply said, "Thank you." There was no explanation of the services provided or the warranty on the alternator.
These issues are very concerning. Although we have used this shop in the past and received great service, we will not recommend this shop to anyone!
This is just another overpriced auto repair shop charging dealership prices for subpar customer service.

To expensive just to check something they charge a lot plus the fix. My personal experience too expensive no hard feelings just being honest.

Great service . The only concern was the technician apparently did not use floor covering on the driver side floor. There was dirt and grease on my floor mat and some on the same side carpet. The only reason not rated higher.

Can’t praise their service enough. I had an underbody protector loose and damaged. Kyle had this reattached firmly for free and ordered (online not the dealer) a replacement which he then held for several weeks until I could return. Polite and efficient.

They did the repairs well but never told me that the cost of the repairs was going to exceed the deductible coverage and I would have to cover the remainder of the costs. In the past at other shops the shop calls and tells me that not all would be covered under the coverage so then we can work it out with the warranty company. I got surprised with an extra 200 cost they never cared to mention during our back and forward phone calls. They also lacked in given prompt updates.

I had a 1981 Cadillac brought to this mechanic three different times and the car was worse each time I got it back. They charged me 3800 total and the car is now stalling again. I had to get a tow truck two times and missed work repeatedly and had to pay for food delivery which has cost me more than I can afford. I have tried calling to see if I can get some kind of refund and they don't answer and the voicemail says sorry this voicemail has not been set up

After a while of being left there.. the pcm was replaced. I was told it was " plug in and programmed" type.. I got my car back with check engine light on, my windows didn't roll down any more, car wouldn't lock anymore. I took it back only because of the warranty, to get it programmed.. it wasn't.. And this time from picking it up, my car has "death wobble..." I spent over $1,200. For their services.. NOT a Happy customer here!!!!

I recently brought my Volkswagen Jetta to be checked for brake issue. The front desk guy Kyle got me in quickly for walk in, and they did a diagnostic didn’t find anything wrong with the car and l was set to be on my way. If you have any car maintenance issues bring your car here. They have very good!!!

Drove across country and had high coolant temp light come on once in Denver. Everyone at harmony automotive was friendly and helpful. They fixed my problem the same day and I even had enough time to get in a hike. Thank you!!
