I purchased a Milwaukee tool set from the store. I selected the option for a military discount and called an associate over to verify and input the discount. They didn't check my veteran status and didn't give me the discount. They were just standing around not doing anything or assisting customers. Don't expect a good shopping experience in the evenings. I'll be going to speak with a manager in the morning concerning this issue. The store associates on the front end are not helpful and have attitudes. They prefer to stand around to earn their check and assist customers and have pleasant attitudes. I'm not satisfied with the treatment of a customer, especially a veteran customer.

Only has 1 star because you can't give 0! We were expecting a delivery of our new refrigerator today between 12:30-4:00, we had things to do but we're going to be here by then. My husband even called to make sure they called 30 minutes before this mornin. They call at 12:13 and say they are here and my husband says someone will be here right away and they say that's fine they are going to eat lunch. My husband gets here at 12:30 and they have left and when he called they said they can't contact the truck so we have to reschedule for sometime Monday! We needed it today or wouldn't have set it up for today! He was here at delivery time! Will gladly pay more at Lowe's from now on!

I just left this store and paid $8.99 to avoid having to deal with anyone else here. I asked no fewer than 6 people for help finding the same item, got conflicting suggestions and no one could find it when I pulled up the item image AND SKU number. After waiting about five minutes for help that never came, I just paid for what I did have and left.

Terrible service - waited 30 min for nothing. They said they could rekey a lock and didn't have anyone available . Took 5 employees to let me know.

Big chains frequently receive bad reviews, largely because of staffing issues and trickle-down effect (issue) related to those issues. I wanted to take a minute to give some much needed praise to the management team at the Aurora Home Depot #1501 and Sedgwick, their claims management company. Exactly one week ago I backed my big ol' pickup truck into a parking space just like I've done thousands of times before. From the view of my backup camera I could see that there was a tree just behind the curb of my spot, what I didn't see was the tree branch that protruded over and into my parking spot...then I heard the sound of glass shattering and knew that could only mean one thing. The very cool all-glass rear door of my extended-height topper must have hit something...but what? I could see the tree a safe distance from my rear bumper in my camera, I was perplexed. This is where the "picture is worth a thousand words" saying comes into play. Either Home Depot or Sedgwick could have said "you backed your truck into a tree and think it's our fault?" Rather, they both saw their liability in the incident and ponied up to pay the roughly $1K it's going to cost me to replace the rear door. Thank You!

I don't know why I keep wasting my time coming here. This home depot sucks. I'm an electrician and every time I come here for supplies the electrical section is trashed out and extremely unorganized. They never have any stock of things I actually need. And you have to go on a literal mission to find someone to help. Some kind of management needs to figure this store out because it's trash.

Worst Home Depot I've ever been in. Employees act put out to help customers, I've walked into this store on several occasions and wandered around aimlessly for 20-30 mins without having one employee stop to ask if I need help. On this specific occasion I went in to grab an item that their website said they had 17 in stock of. After 20 minutes of walking up and down the aisle where the item was supposed to be I finally stopped an associate to ask for help. They intercommed for somebody to come help so I stood there for another 10 minutes. After nothing more happening I finally bugged another pair of employees on the aisle over from me. One acknowledged that he heard the intercom but "it's just him" the other walked over to the aisle and grabbed a part that was the wrong size and said "is this not it?". After informing him it wasn't they both just kind of looked up towards the top of the shelf and said "yeah I don't know where the stocking team would put that, it says we have 17 of them..." and that was all they could apparently do about it because I guess it's not ~their~ problem to figure out where the stocking team puts stuff.Trash store. Awful employees. This store is 5 minutes from my house so I keep giving it a try but after more than a handful of bad experiences here I'll just order everything off Amazon or drive to the nearest Lowes. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES HERE!!!!

Associate was really rude. "We don't have that here"- (but they did). He yelled and told me to "Stand back 5 feet, we have sick people here!"- (I was 2 feet away and we both had masks on). Another employee said he was busy doing something else and couldn't help me. Finally, I found a nice guy that walked me to the aisle where I found what I needed. Next, I saw a piece of scrap lumber 70% off that I could use for my project, but was told to take it to the cashier to get a price. The cashier didn't know and said it's free. At least I got something for being treated so badly. For the record, it is May 17th at 4:15, I was in the plumbing section looking for garden irrigation tube connectors. I went to Lowes instead for the rest of my supplies. They get an A+, you fail with an F.

Jason in returns was the most helpful Home Depot associate I have ever encountered. When I came in because the items were not correct, he went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. when the other guy in the section was rude, I went back to him and he even took the time to walk me to where the tools I needed were. Not only that, but he recommended an even better tool to do the job, and had the best attitude about it the entire time. He definitely affected my experience in the store today and deserves to be recognized.

I have been screwed by the 8.99 monster.... Next day or same day 8.99.... ever other order I get screwed and still get charged. So...I then contact HD customer service....they can reschedule the shipment for today or tomorrow.... So, the order I placed days ago...to have here yesterday or day before.... For 8.99 extra....I can't get from the saddle rock store..... But, I can get the order same day or next day through customer service. So here is the question.... Why make the call to the store? The store just blew off the order....so from now on instead of ordering online then being told...late...late....no info.... It's just better to call the 800 number and place the order, because they say they can get it to me same day or next....same thing the store said... except....never got it from the store.....so.....all orders need to go through the customer service line? Is that what I am understanding. The store will fail you and you will pay more for delivery...and you will get it a week late....but if I call customer service...I can get same day or next...is that some crap..... Do the CEOs then deliver the package? If I have to call the main store to get a delivery from my local store....sounds like someone is chilling at saddle rock store...they can pass it up to the big folks and still get paid....meaning for those lost.... Why call the local store if they are not going to do there jobs! When you can call there boss and they will make it happen....sounds like the upper folks.....may work harder then the local stores....if I have to go through the 800 number to get it fixed....why use the local store! I cancelled the order...both of them very confusing.

I'm giving this very low score based on the 2 employees, girls, that ignored us when we walked in. I made direct eye contact with a short mexican girl with glasses and gestured to her needing help, she turned her back on us and got her phone out! The girl next to her, another employee, was also on her phone and ignored us until we asked for help. Where is the customer service these days? Why are these to entitled girls at the front of the store? The rest of the trip getting flooring, spending around $2000, everybody was great. Bad help isn't really help is it.

Losing RESPECT for HOME DEPOT. Place order in store 011122, receive email to pick up 011422. Called store 2confirm pickup, told delay will be in 011922, have not received any other communication from Home Depot. Called 011822 A.M. to confirm, told (should) be here 012022. Funny/not!, choose in store because delivery to home was 011722. Seems from counter help to management NO1 knows sh>/ about the internal movements of the company. Remember when u had 2know the history of ur employer, who the president of said company is? SHOUTOUT to LOWES, you may be short handed, but you show RESPECT to VETERANS daily! unlike- Home Depot, let's see what happens on 012022? "Effective teamwork begins and ends with communication! Teamwork is coming together in the beginning, Keeping together is progress. Working together is success. know what you speak of, don't just make it up. ??????????
