I have had a Homedepot window installation service since February, and it's still not done. They came in May and installed some of the windows. The rest were ordered wrong. I called them every month and the customer service, but no one cares. I can believe it's Homedepot!

Zach from the tool rental department was very helpful. Overall their prices are fair. However, beware this store apparently gets so busy sometimes that you could be on hold a good hour or so for the tool rental department.

Ok. So I ordered a refrigerator from this location. Everything was great until they delivered the appliance. The door swing was incorrect. Mistake on their part as I told them what to do when I ordered it. The install people said they could change it but it was missing a specific part. I told them to wait and I'll call Home Depot to get the part. Turns out they want to charge me 50$ for the part, which is not right as it should have been there all along. I refuse to pay for the part and have been given the "run-around". I've talked to 5 different people about this issue, all of whom have been ZERO help. Turns out I'll probably have to pay for Home Depot's mistake. Not happy. Get your shit right Home Depot.

Wow this is the best Home Depot I have ever been to. After being sent on a mission by 2 other stores to come here, I was unable to find what I needed. But I went up to the associate named Ben and he was able to locate the product for me with no hassle. The customer experience was great and I would definitely come back here. If you need anything go ask Ben he will help you!

Tony the store "manager" lol I can't believe they are still open. If you need any help, THIS ISN'T WHERE YOU GO! He was outside talking on the phone while I was waiting for him to load me! When I came up asked him if he can load me now he offer to do it now for $20! Tony is a joke

Never anyone to help you. You feel invisible. Very bad customer service. You can also never get anybody when you call the department. They must be grossly understaffed or simply don't care. This is not my first experience with them but it's definitely my last.

Where to start? Bought an Electrolux dryer in April. Didn't seem to work very well. After a couple of weeks, I called Home Depot to get it serviced and was told that unless the unit was damaged and I reported it within 48 hours of installation, they would neither replace it or service it (news to me, and I read *everything* before making any purchase). I was told to call Electrolux and get their contracted repair company to come out. Three or four visits and six weeks later, the dryer has had a heating part replaced (made no difference), but still had problems on every cycle with drying and timing. Finally, two days ago, it started emitting a horrible smell. I called Xcel Energy and they confirmed no gas leak anywhere, but that the dryer did smell like Diesel fuel! The repair guy came out the following day and was here for two or three hours, calling Electrolux multiple times, who talked to him like he was an idiot, saying that the smell he was smelling was definitely gas, but that he was probably using "different terms" to describe it. I disputed the charges with my credit-card company (Citibank -- a Home Depot card) and am getting the paperwork from the repair company to support my claim that Home Depot failed to honor its warranty--breach of contract, plain and simple--and in the unlikely event that Electrolux would screw up this badly on another dryer (I own the washer, which is great, and the two form a stackable set, which I like having), I've ordered the same one from Lowe's.

Possibly the worst customer service I've received in many years! In the past few months we have spent thousands of dollars at this Home Depot...all new appliances, lawnmower, chainsaw, weed eater, the whole nine yards! When the delivery crew brought our fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer and stove, they seemed to be in quite a hurry. Not a problem as we knew they probably had other deliveries. They set everything up and all seemed fine until 2 days later when we couldn't open the drawer on the stove. My husband forced it open and we saw the entire foot was bent. It had to have been dropped for the damage we saw to have happened! There is NO WAY the installer could have missed the damage! I have been dealing with Debbie the COS(?) for going on 3 months now and still getting the run around! One day someone is supposed to be calling to set up delivery of a new stove and the next day we're being told that the delivery company says the crew that delivered the damaged stove is their best crew! Worst customer service ever!!!

This location did a great job of rehiring horrible staff and really cleaning up their act a couple years ago. But, I'm afraid they are back to their old ways. I recently went there and had questions about a possible French door installation. Keith was incredibly rude and spoke in such a condescending manner, I'm shocked he's even allowed to interact with customers. I know nothing about doors and didn't appreciate being made to feel like an idiot. This is why I'm asking the "experts" at Home Depot. If you hate your job Keith, then find something new, but don't take it out on customers. I'm taking my business to Lowes from now on.

If 0 stars was possible. This place is definitely should be on a do not shop list. Customer service is God awful and after waiting 20 min after the rude counter clerk called for assistance nobody came.

Home Depot is a joke. There is no Customer Service in any way. Delivery never happens when yiu ate told and they only make excuses and point blame elsewhere. it is a real ctap show. Don't waste your time.
