This is the second time I went and no greetings, no nothing. Stood in line for the second time for a couple minutes absolutely nothing. Not hold on a second or anything and mind you there was more than 1 employee at the store. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. It does no good to go if you can't even purchase anything.

Jason is the man! Couldn't say the same about the Colorado Blvd location, however. I was declined to exchange a faulty device I ordered 4 days prior.
Not only did Jason figure out how to get me the new device within a few minutes, but there was also good conversation and great customer service in between. ??

Nikki I believe his name was as per my receipt. Was so helpful and had the best customer service I ever experienced. He went and printed us all the PS4 games. We looking for specific games and on vacation in CO. He made we sure we knew all the deals going on. And of course we took the deals.

Came here for a product their website showed as in stock, arrived to be told that they don’t have the item I was looking for and then when I told them their website showed it as available, they told me their website is not accurate and to call ahead.

This is a typical GameStop but obviously smaller being a mall location but the products are hand were plentiful. The only turn-off about today's trip was, the cashiers boyfriend or friend was hanging around and using some not so kid friendly language. This caused us to not look around in depth and just snag up something smaller other than planned. We'll be back but just hope the boyfriend isn't around or we'll just walk on by.
