The worst body shop ever. They will take your car, give you bunch of run around and won't finish it. Horrible customer service. If you deal with Joan please RUN. They invite people with cheap prices and then raise them through out the process. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Absolutely 5 star experience here. We were hit from behind by some a** clown with no license or insurance. Jonas did an amazing job of reparing the damage. The car looks better than before it was hit. The price was incredible and the work was complete 5 days after we dropped it off. Thank you Frame Doc LLC!

A month ago, I was in an accident in my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The other car hit me in the driver door and fender, hard enough to bend the frame and cause visible buckles in other parts of the body. I was not seriously injured but my poor Jeep looked totaled. I found a shop in Aurora that advertised frame work and had a great BBB rating so I emailed him pictures for an estimate. Obviously, all he could quote was what could be seen in the pictures but he responded in 30 minutes to my late evening email, which impressed me. I took the Jeep in for a full estimate and although it was expensive, my husband felt it was a fair price based on the three page detailed estimate he sent me. It took a month, due to difficulty getting all the parts (supply chain issues) but he kept me updated on the progress throughout. I picked up my Jeep this morning and it looks like brand new. There was a realignment report on the passenger seat and they had fully detailed the interior! I cannot say enough about how helpful and friendly this Aurora small business owner handled the entire transaction. He assured me that if anything felt unusual, to bring it back for correction. Thank you Jonas... you made a very traumatic experience so much better!!!

Hans repaired my Z3 BMW's exhaust with better quality and better price then any muffler shop although they don't specialize in exhaust it was done very well!!!
