On Saturday, 2/17 to be exact I went into JDs at the Aurora mall to size exchange a pair of shoes that I had bought a while back but worn them, shoe was still new in the box, I went up to the Customer service representative and asked to exchange and was simply unprofessional due to it being over the exchange date then, repeatedly saying “it’s been two years” “We can’t do that not” as well as the manager saying the same before I could really even say I just wanted a different size even after them seeing the shoeWent to the Park Meadows location, asked the same thing and got a no problem, and exchange took not even 5 minutesCrazy how 2 different demographics of location can make a differenceWill never step foot at the Aurora location again, Park Meadows service is sub par

I had a great experience here! I went with my mom since she wanted her “Dream shoes” and an employee named Diego (I’m pretty sure that was his name) really made sure we got what we needed, next time I went in again he immediately asked if we needed help such a great guy!

Went to look for a specific pair of shoes and an employee was screaming at the customers. I couldn’t believe that this guys was literally yelling, screaming and taunting customers smh. Telling people they should have shopped sooner and to go somewhere else, gladly! What a joke.

Did not have a good experience at the location in Aurora. The store was very unorganized. We waited for over 30 minutes for a shoe that was in stock for them to come out and say they are not able to find it. He then proceeds to take the shoe that is "out of stock" and puts it back on the shelf. One of the ladies stood their on her phone for 10 minutes. I had to say excuse me can I get some help before she acknowledged me. Also two people came up to us asking if we requested shoes that we didn't. Very disappointed in the service that I received and I will not be visiting this location again.

I am a USPS driver and Q and Yancy were kind and didn’t allow me to take any boxes to my truck. They carried everything and made sure I had an easy trip.

I have purchased a few pairs of shoes from this location, and on each of these visits, I have had to deal with grumpy, rude, uninterested, or aloof store employees. I like the shoes that are available at this store, and the prices are decent, but the staff is in need of re-training or a complete overhaul. I get that not every job is glamorous, but it is completely unreasonable to come into a place of business and feel unwelcome. If I acted the way some of these employees act towards customers, I would be fired on the spot, so what's going on?
