“This is primarily a discount online brokerage and they do a fantastic job at it. It is super convenient they have a local office and they are very helpful at the office. This is not a private banking or investment operation with tons of fees and if you are looking for an investment advisor to call you back immediately then I suspect they have one for you to execute your trades and manage your account for a fee just like any other regular brokerage, but otherwise that is not what they do so I don't think it is fair to be so critical of a great online brokerage when most of their online competitors don't even have an office.”
