45 minutes before he had to leave for his interview my boyfriend realized he needed to reprint his resume.
I think the girl who helped me was named Balencia or Valencia?? But she was AMAZING! Answered all my questions on the phone, was able to email it over and pick it up within 15 minutes of making the phone call. She even threw in an extra copy!

Fast service very helpful staff fair prices and shipping materials available at this store..!! They also take cash or card the one at Northfield only TAKES CARD..!!! They needs fix that to lol

Everyone was fantastic. I was having some personal tech issues and had a lot of questions and services needed and everyone was more than kind and helpful. All of the staff went above and beyond to help me out Josh, Jazyminre, Trae, Benancia, were the staff working and they are all amazing. I will be back for all my printing and shipping needs!

A good place to take care of printing, scanning and copying. Would be nice if they'd stay open later. The woman at the counter had no idea about shipping zones and so was unable to explain why I was being charged the rate she quoted.

Samantha was the best she was professional and helpful. This company has an asset when they hired her up. The rest of the crew was professional and all had a great attitude.A man walked in and was trying to shoplift and Samantha professionally handled the situation. Such a sad day when shoplifter can walk in day after day and the employees have to deal with it. Great job guys your crew is amazing!!!!!!

I leave two stars only because the people in the store were somewhat friendly, however I went in right before Christmas to ship 3 different packages to 2 different addresses. When I checked the proof of delivery later in the week, two of the boxes were delivered to the opposite locations. I reviewed my receipt and sure enough, the receipt noted the correct respective box sizes and weights going to their proper intended addresses, however it appears the person behind the counter mixed up which box required which label and used her best judgement which was unfortunately incorrect.I called the 800 number who transferred me to the store, they told me i needed to come in. I finally made it in hoping I could print a label as I was flying to visit one of the places that received a wrong box, they told me I needed the box there physically, they couldn't create a label for a box they weren't shipping from their location. They suggested the 800 number, who barely listened to my issue, they told me my only option was to pay for shipping and open a claim. I wasted my time opening a claim which was denied.I used FedEx religiously in my workplace and professionally, I'll be using UPS or USPS from now on thanks to the amount of time I've now wasted within each channel of customer service.

Jasmine did a great job making sure my prints came out just right. My home made holiday cards are perfect. Very friendly staff that work well together.

Just showed up to the location at 2:02pm on Friday and the doors were locked. There were 5 people outside waiting but no one inside or answering calls. No sign on door and the open sign was lit up. Better communication is needed. At least put a sign up. Turn off the open sign too.
