My package been at your location since 5/18. I tried calling to speak with a real person to see if I can locate my package and I just get an automated answering service. ?

My shipment has just been sitting in Aurora for 9 days now. Maybe this is laziness or maybe just absolute incompetence but I can see why the reviews are so bad here

I have been waiting for my package over a week it been at the this location with no movement. It’s frustrating to know Fed Ex cannot assist me in getting my package.
