I got my passport photo and printed my passport application within 5 minutes of arriving. The person working the shop was helpful! There is a passport office 5 minutes away. Having this Fedex nearby made the process super efficient and easy!

The staff is more than rude. From the moment I walked in the older woman at rhe counter acted as though it was a bother that I was asking for service to send 2 packages out. She then asks for my ID and I pull up my colo app which is where my state Driver's license was and she shakes her head and says "No I only take card ID"" more than rude, condescending and snotty.
Don't choose this location if you eat to get things done and be treated with respect as a Paying customer.

Excellent service. I went in and tried printing the label on my own, but after I couldn’t, a nice worker offered to print it for me and ship my package. No cost and quick service. Thanks!

I was stressing printing my tax stuff, and the staff was super helpful friendly and courteous. Helped out with some courtesy codes and everything thank you all. Cameron and Samantha were the Best!

Over the last 5 days, I have talked to, or worked with, 5 different people. This is not hyperbole: each and every one of them was so kind and helpful, in some cases going above and beyond.This has now become my go-to store for printing and shipping. Thank you again to the staff and for their fine work and customer service.Additionally, I am very sorry the staff here has had to put up with the junk from prior reviews, and consequently lowering the average review for this store. Their poor reviews are not representative of this store at all.

I am not used to leaving bad reviews no matter how bad the service is, however I have never felt more disgusted and helpless with the way the man treated us. Upon arrival I realized that this individual was already treating some Hispanic girls badly for not speaking English, I understand his frustration, however there is always a better way to speak to people, especially if you work for costumer service. The guy was arrogant and yelled at us for no reason constantly, he made us feel stupid and his lack of professionalism stands out. In the end we decided better to leave the place and take our business elsewhere. Due to other comments that I have seen here I think his name is Chris, apparently this man does not have the best reputation and has no education.

I been in this location today about 5:30 pm and the old white guys was so an professional and he seems mad for no reason and he was acting up, after that, I asked for another stuff to help me. There was a white woman she look she’s trying to support him for his own problem. I will never visit in this location. They are racist unprofessional If I can give them zero star I would not recommend this location,and better to use other FedEx locations.

Stacie was awesome - she pretty much knew I don't go to FedExs that often, good eye for customer service this one, and she showed me how to use the super easy drop off and confirmation print option. Like wow, customer service ? and you don't get that often these days so I make sure to leave reviews and let them know they're appreciated ? thank you Stacie ?
