I needed to print some booklets, so I placed an online order that would be ready for pick up by the next day. As soon as my order went through, Lenorad called me with some questions to make sure my order was printed the way I wanted. He was even able to add staples, which I wasn’t able to request online. Then I received a call about 30 minutes later saying my order was complete! I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Lenorad and Chiana were both so friendly and helpful, and I absolutely recommend using this location for any printing job.

I went in to get some things laminated and the Asst. Mgr, Leonard, helped me out a whole lot! He showed me the lamination machine and how to work it; then when it appeared i was struggling with the cutting machine (to get any excess plastic off) the guy was a bro and used his skills to expertly excise my items away from the plastic. Super helpful and will continue to use this fedex!

Rude employee made a big deal about having to put a little tape on the box I brought in to seal it up and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for him.

Very disappointed .. Walked into a site that has an electronic system to place black and white label packages in the box. The scanner said already came. Green label on box said has not picked up yet. Conversated with the people in line...they too were baffeled. One employee walked inbetween the line as we moved out of his way (did not say excuse me, just walked to fedex box kiosk and back to counter) Did not ask or say "We will be with you shortly" or to confirm EXPRESS had not picked up (12:30pm) This is a problem if one is trying to get work off on time. The customer service is so bad they act like robots. The other person never looked up. Please consider pick ups on Saturdays as the ecoerience was very low energy and nit pleasant at all. I left with package now delayed for 3more days. Not sure what happened before my arrival, but business is business and better service is needed. Called and the high call volume was worse.

If you try to return a battery and ship it back they consider it dangerous good and they will not accept the package. Waste time. I will use UPS from now one!!

He had to send something for work so we headed over. Not impressed that the FedEx truck was parked right in front of the store in two parking spots. They were busy. We waited and then it was his turn. The associate was friendly and found a box the right size for the item. It was a nice box but I think $13 for a small approximately 8x10 padded box. Also cost $35 to get it there Tuesday week after. The shared parking was not crowded so we managed to park quite close. So it was ok. Convenient location.

I went in not knowing what I was doing and I needed some paperwork printed out from my phone it was my 1st time ever doing anything like that and a young lady by the name of Marisol was so very patient and very understanding I had to rent a computer and she stopped what she was doing and led me thru every step of the way until the very end I can appreciate a person like that ?

Do not trust them with your return package. They didn’t even scan my return into there system. I didn’t understand that I could not trust fed ex to return my package so I didn’t get a receipt. Manger said I’ll check the security video. It’s been 4 days now and nothing from the store mange. I’ll be seeking legal matters

Just had brochures printed, and am stoked. I (may) have waited until late in the day, and was looking for a miracle-quick turnaround. Their upload was easy and uncomplicated, their pricing was great, and the turnaround was amazing. Johnathon saved me a lot of stress today.

First time I’ve ever printed from fedex and never again. I ordered a large poster I came home and the poster is smaller than what should fit in my frame. Fine not a big deal but then after searching my emails and pulling up my account to verify what size I ordered I decided to call the store directly. When I called the store and spoke to Trey to ask about what size was ordered he began to tell me there’s no absolute way that he could pull up my order from today because they shred each order after printing. So there was no record of my order ever being made. He then sarcastically Told me “I’m not even quite sure of what you want” I replied telling him I’m asking if I the customer put in the wrong size on my order or if you printed the wrong size for my order I was just there speaking with you. He then told me I’m busy and I need to put you on hold. Click. This man was rude and he had no intention of helping me. Could careless about his customer service or his job honestly.
