Had my business partner call ahead of time to insure we could have some items for our work shipped from this location, verified that everything would be fine to ship. We drove two hours to come to this location to drop off our boxes for shipping, the manager didn't want to do her job and used any and every excuse not to help us ship our equipment. The customer service here is subpar, I'm really unimpressed with the manager here and her unwillingness to help a customer who did everything right prior to arrive to make the shipping process smooth for everything. Don't go here.

Katy (possibly spelled her name wrong, sorry!) and Oscar are AMAZING! I went to get some wedding menus and programs printed. They were both incredibly helpful and knew exactly what they were doing! I am so happy that I went with FedEx for this service because they were convenient, reliable, and kind. The difference between FedEx and UPS is truly night and day because people here truly care and are helpful. DEFINITELY get your prints done here!!

I bounced out as soon as I could from another delivery place , you know , their colors are brown and gold... BOO! They lost my service today forever. I don't have time for rude unhelpful customer service. SO...I chose to come here instead. I was in and out in 3 minutes. The person who helped me was totally chill , I was greeted by 3 different people. Prices were better than the other place too. By almost $5. They have a great layout. Open , bright and fits my personality better too. I don't feel depressed coming out of here either. They have so many different types of things that FedEx can help you out with. Mailing things off is a must, copies, overnighting things, banners, photo prints in large sizes. They have a whole table where you can tape things up , size things. They sell a few products like envelopes and a few stationary items you might need. FedEx is my new hook up for sure.

The staff here is great. Very helpful and they'll pack it all up for you. They are doing a really good job being Covid compliant and seem to have enough staff to get you in and out quickly. I have also found Fed Ex less expensive that UPS and much less of a headache and do not miss the long wait at the post office. I mailed a large box to my sister, who is in a nursing home in south rural IA on Thursday. ETA was Monday and she reached out to let me know she received it yesterday (Saturday). That is kind of unbelievable that it can get from point A to point B so quickly. I'm very appreciative to have this store so close by and for their ability to be so helpful.

Fast, friendly service. I came here on a Saturday to ship a package and didn't need any supplies, but the store appeared to be well stocked. Very efficient.

I shipped wall art through this store on 1/31. Shawn was the associate who helped me on that evening. I was very clear how the item was to be wrapped so it wouldn't break during shipment. There's was a spacer of sorts that was supposed to be added between the door and the backboard. I was assured that he would do that. He even put a temporary spacer as a reminder! When my client received her package, the box was damaged and ripped, the wall art was poorly wrapped/ protected and there was no spacer placed where it was requested. Subsequently, this item arrived to my client smashed into several pieces. I even asked Shawn if I should pack it myself at home and bring it back. I was ASSURED he would wrap it so it was safe. I'm beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism he exemplified when wrapping this custom art piece. I paid an additional $20 to the shipping cost to have this properly packaged and insured.

While I was leaving your store, I witnessed your driver attempting to back into the spot next to my car. As he cut it too close he hit my car. When confronted he used obscenities in front of customers including young children profusely denying the incident. I felt threatened by the driver and largely ignored by store employees. No manager available to handle the incident, the driver was allowed to verbally abuse me and accused me of lying. No one knew what to do. My regret was leaving the store without calling the police but I needed to go pickup my child from school and I feared the situation would escalate further if I didn't leave. 1/7/20 update: Shockingly, I received a quick response to my tweet from FedEx Help last night; asking for basic contact info and reassuring me that I'd be contacted by someone on "the team" today. Unfortunately, "the team" must've had today off as I received no call.

They helped me to get my information to where it needed to go However on the Fed Ex web site they say you can have anywhere same day service which I found out is not true Found it bit troublesome and feel like bit of false advertisement But the staff where I went was very nice and helpful

This store is so nice and helpful!! So grateful for their customer service. My go to store when I need to ship or fax something. Especially store manager Danielle :)
