I frequently work as a contractor at the Gaylord and have only had positive experiences with this FedEx office. I have only had to print items, but they have always been friendly and helpful.
It indeed is inside the conference center side of the resort (I just fixed the location; it should appear shortly.) The office is on the lower level (below the lobby level) by the Juniper Ballroom.

Just to be clear THIS IS IN A HOTEL it is downstairs from the main lobby. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They do charge a $20 handling fee for ANY DROP OFFS. This is because it is located in a hotel so if you don’t want to pay extra for a prepaid drop off, go somewhere else. There is a Walgreens close by that also has a fedex in it. Great service though!

Resort fee just to drop off prelabeld and prepaid boxes? No thanks, i have never seen a shipping company. Anywhere, charge a resort fee for this!

Directions to this location takes you to Hotel Staff entrance only. Then the location is inside the hotel. Wish I knew this before my 10 min drive.

This FedEx is * * INSIDE * * the Gaylord Rockies CONVENTION CENTER.
... lazy Google contractors and poor AI tasked with "verifying" this location keep incorrectly moving the location pin to the middle of a parking lot on the Resort's campus – but they obviously have never visited this FedEx location, which is actually ** inside ** the Convention Center.
Don't be surprised when you have to pay for parking – just like you'd have to pay for parking at any convention center (i.e., Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver) or any quality resort hotel – this is NOT a FedEx in a strip mall w/ curbside parking or drop off.
This FedEx Office Print & Ship Center at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center is staffed/managed by FedEx employees (not Gaylord staff) but is intended by Gaylord Rockies to be a handy service for convention & trade show attendees and businesses participating in events held at the Gaylord Rockies Convention Center. This FedEx provides printing and shipping BUSINESS SERVICES, and is offered as a convenience for convention goers; thus, it is located INSIDE the Gaylord Rockies Convention Center.
There is NOT a "Resort Fee" associated with using FedEx. Dimwitted reviewers here can't differentiate between a "Handling Fee" (i.e., a service charge) for using FedEx services at the Convention Center and a "Resort Fee" which pays for numerous resort-related amenities (pools, lazy river, hot tubs, towels, sports equip & fitness classes, etc.) and services (Wi-Fi internet, lifeguards, shuttle service, dry cleaning credit, live music, etc.) provided by the hotel for hotel/resort guests. FedEx and the resort are two completely separate business entities.
And, why are so many upset about paying a “Handling Fee” (AKA a service charge) for services they request and receive? Do they work for free while their companies provide services that requires little-to-no effort or involvement from them? How many of them have gladly paid a 20%+ tip at a restaurant/bar for someone merely carrying their order a few feet to their table… or who have paid that 20%+ tip but then also picked-up their own food or beverages from a counter? There’s labor time and a real cost associated with FedEx associates serving the needs of these “handling fee” complainers, even if they’ve created their own shipping labels and/or are “just dropping off.”
I just love all of the ridiculous entitled (and/or hopelessly naïve) people posting whining negative reviews because they expected to get something for nothing but couldn't get it – FedEx processing their packages or printing: for FREE!; Delivering boxes to their exhibit space and/or hotel room, or delivering the "last mile" from loading dock or front door (oops! - no deliveries at front doors of any resort) from a third-party vendor (due to their OWN failure to plan and communicate): for FREE!; "Let me use FedEx's delivery carts" (which too often never get returned): for FREE!; "Hey FedEx (and resort employees), be my personal Sherpa/assistant and schlep my boxes, printed signage, etc. to/from my exhibit in the convention center": for FREE!; Let me park in the resort's secured parking lot or valet parking: for FREE! – especially because it was my own stupid fault that I failed to verify this FedEx's true location before just lighting out/relying on Google Maps... etc., etc. I don't care what the complaint is, they just EXPECT (nay, DEMAND!!) it to be given to or done for them for FREE! FREE! FREE! ...Unbelievable.

Fantastic people, and services. I needed some quick help and they came to the rescue. Much better than other "offices" that I've had to use in the past.
Thank you for being there, being friend, and assisting when I needed it the most

Actual highway robberyPredatory shipping practices on the tourism/expo industryOther material handling agencies are unable/unwilling to assist in handling shipments sent to this location. You end up having to pay a courier on top of the ridiculous handling fees this location charges if you're facilitating a delivery to the resort. Will not handle "Last Mile Delivery" to a location within the resort.

Worst experience with a FED-EX office ever. I had a hiring event with Your Next Mission. This office picked up my packages and didn’t tell anyone. We finally track them down and they want $15 per package for holding them. I’m only slightly upset at this point. Of course my company would pay for that. The next part is the worst. Over an hour after my hiring event has started they bring out the packages. As a very disabled Veteran, I asked if I could use their cart for 5 minutes or if they could walk 500 meters with me. Of course they said no and that it would require a delivery fee. I’m at a loss at how the Gaylord hotel and the FED-EX can’t have a better system. Second, the way that no one has the common decency to assist a disabled Veteran in their time in need without more money. Even though the packages were addressed to the ballroom I was working in. I would give zero stars if I could. Get your shipping and printing needs completed before arriving at this location!

Do not send or ship to this location. This is a horrible location. They charge you extra fees and they don't even give you the cart when you need it.

Handling fees even for a prepaid label. Difficult to find inside the hotel. The person on the phone was nice. I did not leave a package there.

This should not even be posted as a FedEx dropoff or store was not able to drop off anything because they wanted 5$ for a dropoff rip off but doesn't surprise me as FedEx is the worst customer experience ever

This location is a joke. First, I was not expecting that it is inside the hotel. I guess that’s on me for not checking the reviews first. Second, parking is $8. No free parking anywhere. Thank goodness, the valet guys were kind enough to say to park on n the curbside for FedEx drop off. Third, they charge $20 handling fee. Nope! Do not go here.

Do not ship from here. They charge a “handling fee”, even though my item had a prepaid label. What a rip off

People are sick, sneezing and smells bad. Very bossy and not professional or curtesy's. I'm a ceo of a company and the items I received were broken and opened. Not recommend to use this facility ever!!!!
