I go to fast and friendly all the time some of the staff are mostly really nice people.
I went in today to get. Some lottery ticket while getting gas.
The guy behind the counter is on the phone doesn’t look up or acknowledge the fact that there is a person waiting for him.
I asked for my tickets and he got it wrong gave the wrong ones to then tried to give me what I didn’t ask for. Then as I walked out said that he he was tried of these people well we are also tried of you not actually doing your job
I wasn’t rude to him at all for that type of attitude
Do something else where you can be on your phone all the time
I was at the one on Florida and Holly

They have expired things and when I went to the cashier, all I got was attitude! If I could give zero I would!

Terrible service I went today to return the milk I bought there because the milk was 2 WEEKS EXPIRED like how are you not going to check your products and see if they are expired it was so disgusting and he didn't even apologize just gave me the money and walked away.

One time I went in and the cashier refused to say a word to me. Today the two cashiers told me they can't help anyone for the next 20 minutes because of shift change. Is the cash register changing its shift? Always horrible service

I've been coming to this gas station for quite a few years. The gas pumps never give up receipts. The employees that work here have extreme racist attitudes towards white people. Today I went to get gas here and I explained to the cashier inside that for the longest time now the pumps were not giving out receipts. And all I got returned is that I should go to another gas station if I got a problem with them. I have even had problems with getting gas and Black people getting a racist attitude while pumping gas and some black person stsrts getting a hurry up attitude with me. I wonder how many others have received terrible service here. The cashier told me if you don't like this station to go elsewhere. From now on I shall. Worst customer service ever.

I've been going to this gas station for years. Generally I talk highly of this gas station. In the 20 years I've been going here never had a problem except for I got a big five-dollar bill back one time no biggie and now for the third time I put gas into my vehicle and it will not run. The vehicle i I'm speaking of is a track specific race car and requires a minimum 91 octane fuel. My race car has a brand new fuel system and a brand new fuel cell in it. There are absolutely zero contaminants in my fuel system. Currently total I've maybe gone through two and a half 3 gallons of fuel with this new fuel system and after putting in 91 octane from fast and friendly my spark plugs are fouled out and my vehicle no longer runs. I conducted a test on the gasoline to determine how much ethanol is in the fuel and the results did not report back what is supposed to be in the fuel meaning the ethanol content in this fuel is way higher then it should be. After separating the ethanol from the gasoline and trying to ignite solely the gasoline portion of the liquid with a lighter the remaining fluid will not burn. This is the third time this has happened from this gas station. I'm not saying I'm going to stop shopping there what I'm saying is I'm never going to buy 91 octane from this gas station again. More than likely this is due to the gas being old I wouldn't assume many people in the neighborhood pay the extra few cents to get the 91 octane and that's the fuel has been sitting there for a while. Has a courtesy to fashion friendly I did try to call them and let them know what's going on with their fuel but nobody's answering the phone. Hopefully they get this problem fixed so that this doesn't happen to any more vehicles. Under normal circumstances fuel tanks would not be as low as my fuel tank is so adding some of this contaminated and/or diluted gasoline to a normal fuel system probably wouldn't pose such a huge problem being that it would mix with the good fuel that's still in the tank. But for my particular application it completely shut down my vehicle. I will now have to remove all the spark plugs completely clean out the fuel system and I expect compensation for this. I will be going in person tomorrow morning and looking for a manager because this is the third time this has happened. The previous two times we're with the old fuel system so I figured that maybe there's something wrong with vehicle itself. But after installing the new fuel system getting ready for the track and then putting the fuel into it and conducting the test it's very clear to me what's going on. Talk to you guys soon I hope that wasn't too harsh.

Well, to all the people who are bashing the store...Rachel is gone and WE do sell car washes for Peoria Car Wash just down the alley. They are good for 30 days. Please stop in as we have branded with Sinclair and have done some amazing upgrades. Give us another shot and then come back and give us a new review. Thanks Fast N Friendly/Sinclair crew.

I like going to this gas station. People that work there are really great and enjoy talking to. Minus the stupid people that argue and yell at each other outside in the parking lot.

Rachel, the red headed troll, needs some serious customer service training. No matter day or night she seems like she just got pooped on by life. Attitude central! I went in at 915 am to turn in some scratch tickets and she scans them and then looks at me with attitude and says "from now on ask before you trade in winners, what would do of i didn't have enough cash?" I told her I'll just go somewhere else from now on. So the attitude grew 5 sizes that morning and I got told "What would you have done of i didn't have the cash, cuz we have to do drops" another 4 times like i dont understand English... I asked when hee manager would be in and she scoffed and said " not right now so Bye"... I got home and I called and asked when the manager gal would be in, as I've seen the manager in there at 6am on my way to work before. Rachel then said "the manager is a guy and he doesnt just stand around and watch me work all day, Bye " and she hung up. I called back again and now she continually hangs up the phone. Rachel should be fired!!!!!!! Or at least suspended without pay. This is ridiculous. I've lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and NEVER had an issue with this location until Rachel spewed her attitude all over it like she's a welcomed part of society. If I see her outside of the gas station I'll spit on the troll, because she disgusts me.

I asked if they had any more Dr.pepper and the red head (big lady with glasses) proceeded to tell me her problems and whines like a child throwing a small tantrum. When I called her out on the situation she did not like it, grabbed my sprite and told me to leave! So sad
