“Steven Chae was my pediatrician in 2009 until I had my first child in 2018 and he’s now my children's pediatrician. He’s had the same 2 nurses since I’ve been a patient and their whole team is nothing less of amazing. He’s responsive, dedicated, caring and my children take to him very well. There are tons of misleading reviews and they mainly targeted at his political propaganda which honestly, has no affect on his care for the patient(s). Any question, comments or concerns have always been first priority to Dr. Chae! I LOVE him and his team!!”

“I've been to a few appointments here and love it! I come from Military and have only had experiences with Tricare but just recently switched over to CIGNA as appointment availability is more diverse. I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling versus one month at other locations. The new patient document packet is hefty but they have it on their website to fill out prior to the appointment to expedite the process. They also don't MAKE you produce previous patient history before seeing you but highly recommend you have it. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. I have been seeing P.A. Mallory Booker and she has been nothing but amazing. She and her staff have listened to me and my story and actually HEARD me instead of writing me off. I have been having a few medical issues that point to cancer (tumors have been found to be benign yay!), and she was the first doctor that I've seen in months that really listened to my concerns, paid attention to my medical history, and got me in with an oncologist RIGHT away. If you want something done, they will recommend what they believe to be the best course of action but will move forward with your desires and wants (really relieved my anxieties). I 100% will be a consistent patient and will be recommending this establishment to all friends and family in the area. Thank you Aurora Family Practice Group!”
