Staff always in a bad mood, rude, constant spills and other hazards, rat poop under the aisles, they never have bags, and homeless are constantly badgering customers at the door. You're better off going to any other store... The prices are high here so there's really no incentive to shop here unless you really enjoy being uncomfortable and pray that your food isn't contaminated by mouse poop

What’s going on in this store???
The staff is rude and doesn’t seem to know anything about anything. Nothing is stocked. You’re out of everything. The store hours are 8-4pm. That’s just the start. Your store employees are treating customers like dirt. This store needs to shut down. I’ll find any store that’s not a Family Dollar at this point.

This store is closed often with health safety and pest problems, high crime and other issues. When the store is open it's not much to brag about. There was a tweaker doing the Harlem shake the other day in the parking lot . Another day I witnessed a man rolling around in the parking lot convulsing next to a large container of blue liquid. Today I saw a homeless person sleeping behind the dumpster . Most of the time you will find a homeless person asking for change , or maybe opening the door for you . In the parking lot you might find anything from used condoms and dirty diapers to syringes and liquor bottles . I give this place zero stars and two thumbs down .

Folks in here are chill enough. Once I needed a return for a broken item without a receipt and they helped. Once I locked myself out of my car in the parking lot and they helped me find a tool to get back in it, wasn't late for work.

I go to Family Dollar to load my debit card. That said the people there have been kind and helpful.

I have been visiting this family dollar for years. I like it because unlike others it is almost always well accommodated... in others there are boxes everywhere and the employees don't help, but here I have had a better experience

Everything, rings up higher than on the shelf tag! Sale stickers up for 2 ltr Dr. Pepper products 3 for $3.00 they rang up 2.50 each. Brought it to their attention she goes back to check shelves brings back all shelf tags and says the sale expired 11/5, today is 11/12 not consumers fault they don't maintain their shelf pricing and sale stickers! Would not honor sale on sticker.
