The age of finding rare games in pawn shops are clearly, and deliberately, dead. As kind as the staff is, if you are attempting to find anything for your video game collections, the pickings are extremely slim. The whole selection is exclusively sports and Ubisoft slop.
You may be the unicorn and find something else, but good luck being that.

Was sitting outside getting ready for them to open today only for them to post a sign that they aren’t opening until 10am. Then at 9:58 posted another sign that they aren’t opening until 11:00 there are about 5 people waiting in the parking lot. And when in called he said I’m short staffed and hung up. Rude and unprofessional!

They did not help at all I wanted to sell a pc they didn’t what to take didn’t even turn it on or look in it they didn’t what it just because it wasn’t a gaming pc she didn’t know the year of the pc or the name she only looked at it for like about 5 seconds really bad customer service

Been going to this pawn shop for close to 10 yrs use to be ok. Now days the employees are so lazy they will tell you no they don't take a certain item just because it's close to closing time take item to Colfax which is great or anywhere else and you'll get money but this one that are all rude and lazy anymore.

Tried to sell my ring that I was offered 150 for by a different employee (at the VERY same location) days before, as I still have the paperwork from the pawn. I wanted to sit on it and decided to go for it later. I’m very confused as employee “Jessica” on 4/23 stated an amount that indeed I had never heard before and was so low in comparison that I knew something was wrong. I requested for management and she stated his name was Carlos and that was about the just of the help she offered as clearly she wasn’t interested in conversing. In this economy; you can find better employees. Go elsewhere.

Lowballed on every item ive ever pawned there which was more than once. Unfortunately, they were very close to me and I had to go back in times of need. As a woman I was made to feel so disrespected & like i was ignorant to the value of my item when you could clearly look around and find the same/similar item being sold for 5 times what you just got offered from them. Rude manager past & current 12/16) and staff with no real power to negotiate and they're not very knowledgeable. A pawn broker should posess ppl communication skills in hopes to bring their cutomers back to buy or sell there but they dont give a dam!! Wont go back there again.

Its ran by a lazy incompetent women and the other ladies that work there are just as bad. You'll have far better luck at another pawn shop or get the money you want and sell it on Facebook market place.
