Me and my husband have been going to ethio to get our car fixed for 4 years now and everytime we get our car back it seems like something else is wrong last time our hood wouldn't pop anymore and our door handle was broken we brought it in and this time we noticed our mileage went up significantly the spare tire was on (wasn't like that before) and the seats were wet and they're was ice inside of the car

I had an amazing experience with this dealership! Amir helped me out from start to finish, and he did everything to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The other staff members were pleasant as well, and I recommend this dealership for those looking for a vehicle.

Had an awesome time with Amir! I had gotten a truck from them and it had problems a couple weeks into owning it. The warranty ended up not covering the expenses which were around 4-5k. However Ethio Motors is willing to fix everything up for free! Great overall experience with Ethio Motors.

Do not trust these people to do anything but tell you what you need to hear and take your money. And the warranty is a SCAM!!!!!! REFUND MY WARRANTY OF 3200 PLUS INTEREST SINCE YOU WON'T FIX ANYTHING!!!!!! I don't know much about cars so you really need to have these cars looked at before buying! They will not help you if you buy a damaged vehicle

Didn’t advertise hail damage on Facebook Marketplace listing for 2018 Acura MDX until I arrived to look at it, despite their reply below. Their associate confirmed the hail damage wasn’t listed on the Facebook Marketplace listing I showed them. Complete waste of time. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

They do not inspect their vehicles before selling them. They sold us a vehicle with an undisclosed accident, we just found out the previous owner welded parts back together himself! absolutely a safety hazard. 0/10 would not reccomend

Frustrating Experience with Ethio Motors on a Recent Engine Repair
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Ethio Motors after purchasing a vehicle from them less than a year ago. Not long after the purchase, the car began showing severe engine problems, which was surprising and upsetting given the vehicle's age and my expectations for reliability.
When I approached Ethio Motors for a major engine repair, the service I received was far below par. The staff displayed a strikingly careless attitude towards my situation. During one of my visits, a worker bluntly stated that it "wouldn't matter if it was 20 minutes," implying that no matter how soon after purchase the problem occurred, there was nothing they were willing to do to help.
This lack of responsibility and customer support is unacceptable. Not only did it leave me with a malfunctioning vehicle far too soon after its purchase, but it also showed a clear disregard for customer service and satisfaction. The whole ordeal has been a continuous hassle, made worse by the staff's unhelpful demeanor and a seeming indifference to the gravity of my situation.
I am deeply disappointed with Ethio Motors and urge potential buyers to think twice before dealing with them. A company that does not stand behind its products or care about its customers' post-purchase experiences is not one that deserves our trust or business.
I’m not sure who Ms.ZamZam is, but I’m sure they had a very similar experience.

I bought a 2017 GMC truck from them. 3 days later and 200 miles later the rearend went out. I called the dealership and they were no help . They would not even pay for the tow truck. They said if you can get it back here our mechanic can look at it in 3 weeks and maybe give you a discount on labor. They say they have a hundred point inspection on all their cars it must not include checking the oil because my mechanic found too much oil in the motor, Brown transmission fluid not red, Black transfer case oil not brown and the rear end oil is full of metal shavings. They do not check anything they wash and vacuum junk cars from the auction and mark them up then try to sell you a $4000 warranty. I figured a 2017 would make it more than 200 miles. $5000 later here we go. Beware there is no help after point of sale they do not care.

The team at Ethio Motors was absolutely stellar when my family and I were unexpectedly looking to buy a used car. The entire staff was kind and knowledgeable about the cars they had and were glad to show us a full Carfax report on the car we were interested in. Throughout the entire process, there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision or purchase, but we did love the car and are so glad to have purchased it from a great company! Not only was everyone super great to work with, but we requested that they wear masks with our high risk family, and they happily did so to protect us. Specifically Darius was delightful to work with and after a month driving the car, he called me to check in about how everything was going! The amount of genuine care that Darius and the team showed us made a potentially very stressful experience a really wonderful one. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car in the Denver area.

Disappointed to say the least. When people tell you not to trust care-sales men believe them. We had our car for a couple months now and have been unable to pass an emissions test. By law the dealership has 5 days from purchase to make sure the vehicle passes an emissions test. That was never disclosed to us. Just got another car and that dealership was exceptional and that’s how we found out about the colorado law. From the get we had issues with our car. Two days after purchase of the vehicle our check engine light came on and the air ride suspension gave out.They were very unprofessional an and unhelpful. Henney the manager said “it’s not my fault you bought a car with a check engine light on”. (Light was not on OBVIOUSLY). The battery was not programmed correctly so we had to get a new one on a BMW 2016 X5. We have put a ton of money into our “NEW” car. It is a very unfortunate situation. Save yourself and hard earned money from these scammers.
