So far a one start to start. Estes reached out to set up an appointment and provided a 4-hour window. We called the morning of to see if there was further specifics since I was working from home and in meetings and wanted to be avaliable to answer the door. Called and the dispatch said 10:45 - nothing, the window was until 2pm. Called at 2:45 to see the status. After being on hold for a long time - they said the driver tried at 2:15. We had company over in our font room at this time, a security camera on continuous record, and two very alert dogs. There is no way that a driver could have made a delivery attempt and not have anyone notice, plus they have my number and could have called. Its been two days and we still haven't received a call back to reschedule and when I call it just disconnects after ringing a few minutes. Maybe will revise once it arrives but I'm not hopeful.

The customer service here is horrible! The original delivery day was scheduled for 10/24 and it did not arrive. I sent a request into their customer service and they scheduled for 10/27 between 8am-12pm. They never showed up. I emailed the person that set up the appointment and never received any answer to when it would be delivered. Tried to send another request via email trying to get material picked up for a customer at their facility and got a response to call the number. That number just rings and rings and on 5 separate occasions of letting it ring for over 5 minutes and never got an answer. I ended up having to drive to the facility to get an answer and then they couldn't get the material ready for me to pick up for over 4 hours. I will be letting our national vendors know not to ship with Estes. There were two shipments sent at the same time for this issue and the one shipment that was shipped with XPO has been here for almost two weeks.

My studio mixing board was smashed to the shape of a taco 10k piece of equipment that the driver said they had orders to leave in the street and didnt even want to at least bring it in the grass. You can see by the pictures the mixing board is completely exposed. Why would you have orders to leave that exposed dropped off in the street? And they gave me a window for drop iff of 24-48 hours. When i told the dispatcher it was a 10k piece of studio equipment she told me dont worry you can make a claim and hung up. She knew my package was destroyed. When I arrived Denver dispatch will not answer calls or emails. There was no reason to even deliver this package in this shape.

Where is my stuff? My job shipped a pallet of materials and I have not been able to get anyone on the phone to schedule my delivery at the Denver terminal. I've called the 800 number only to find out that their phone lines at the Denver terminal are down? What kind of customer service is this? How do you not have your lines working for over a week? Do you guys not have email to notify customers? I will tell my company never to use you guys again and not just for Denver/Colorado but nationally as well.

As a local Denver construction material distributor the amount of dread I feel knowing Estes is the shipping company is overwhelming. I sat on hold yesterday for 35 minutes twice, then the call just ended...twice. Product shows up on a Wednesday but won't get unloaded for days after. It's an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone, I guess except for our competitors.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered flooring from Home Depot with a 10-day shipping date. Great! . . . After 10 days I called and scheduled a delivery window, but they didn't show up. I called again and they promised the following Monday, but it didn't show up. I called again(and was on hold for 45 mins) and the person I spoke to said their dispatcher assured me it would be delivered the next day between 9-12. They didn't show up. I called again and they said it would be delivered the following day and it would be escalated. When the driver showed up we asked if he could get it as close to our garage as possible he in a very rude and condescending tone said, "That's not my job". WHAT?!?! Absolutely horrible. I will never order from HD if they are using them.

No one will answer the phone but shipment was lost. It’s been rescheduled for delivery four times. Can you get any answers from anybody from this terminal. Horrible horrible experience. Not sure I would recommend Estes shipping for anyone through Denver. They wouldn’t unload my item after being rescheduled twice for me to pick up myself. They said it was already on the truck.

I have had not one but two awful experiences with this shipping company. I received same day notification of a delivery to my home that evening. I waited, and Estes no showed. I then received a call from Estes that rescheduled for 3 days later. Estes again no showed. I called and discovered my order (interior french doors) was damaged during delivery. Did Estes call me with this news? No, I had to call the company through which I had placed the order (Home Depot) to receive this information. And to top it off, Estes claimed to have attempted delivery, and, dishonestly, stated no one was home during delivery attempt.As I still needed a set of doors, Home Depot generously gave me a significant discount to order replacement doors. Unfortunately and despite my protest, it shipped via Estes once again (HD has no control over this, as the 3rd party door company selects the shipping company). And now, low and behold, the order is lost and cannot be found. Estes has had my door since Aug 4th. Now on Aug 16th, I have yet to receive a tracking number, and after calling Estes, they are unable to find the order and referred me to Home Depot. Home Depot is investigating the case. I suspect they will be disappointed once again, as am I. There will not be a third opportunity given to this awful company.

When ordered on July 17 had an original delivery date of July 24. Delivery tracking shows the Lowe’s pergola arrived in Aurora from California on July 20 - have yet to hear anything about the order - it is now August 2 - we need the pergola for a wedding next week! Lowe’s says it is out of their hands and Estes won’t answer their phone. I live 10 minutes from the Aurora warehouse - can Estes pay me to deliver my own order? I have a pickup truck. Shame on Estes - shame on Lowe’s.

They have had my product in Denver for over a week and haven't called to schedule a delivery, everytime I contact them they are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Basically telling me to wait until I am called and it will be in 24-48h.... a call that never comes. I can't believe this company is still in business and that home depot uses them. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scheduled a delivery for today. My wife took the day off to be present as required by Estes Express Lines only to find out "Anna" rescheduled the delivery for tomorrow and no one bothered to notify us. Terrible communication and disregard for the customer.EDIT: Block was delivered the next day after my wife had to take another day off work. They delivered two pallets of retaining wall stone on a box truck with a lift gate and pallet jack. It was extremely unsafe and hazardous to the employee. On top of that, the pallet jack was not an adequate tool for moving retaining wall stone on a dirt driveway and now I have to hand-carry the retaining wall stone much further than I should have to.

This is one of the worst carries to set up a shipment with. Everytime I call I'm stuck listining to hold music for 45 minutes and no one answers the phone. then it'll kick me off and send me to a voicemail. When they do answer they tell me I'm past their cut off time at 1:30 which is way too early for a cut off time. If they would answer when I first called it would be scheduled before the cut off time.

Package shipped from arizona to denver in 1 day. Then shipping shows it's sat in denver for 7 days, then shows it finally moved to Stapleton destination termal and unloaded. As of now, we are on day 6 of no change, no updates.... last i heard they passed it off to magnum freight company which I've called, and they said they dont have it.Every time i call estes, i get different information, and now they have to do a dock search..... which im assuming it's lost. This was supposed to be a 7 day ship, and im on day 14.Barely can even get ahold of denver location to ask what's going on... it keeps kicking my phone call to the regional customer service, and you can almost hear them sigh when they hear denver..... telling me they can hardly get ahold of denver.You know it's bad when your own company would rate you 0 stars as well.Not sure how you lose a 200 lb 6ftx6ft pallet but well done.

I didn't get to choose the delivery company since I ordered through home depot. I've been waiting for my package for more than a week. They keep changing the estimated delivery dates. It's so frustrating. I was supposed to receive my package 2 days after I bought it.
