I had a fantastic experience at Ellis Automotive. Kylie was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my vehicle and the necessary repairs. They completed the work promptly and efficiently, and the pricing was transparent and fair. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a long time customer I appreciate their excellent customer service,timely communication and attention to detail. Well, where should I start? I bought a vehicle and DX Acura from my best friend who is the only owner and we went to DD Tires since it was born 2011. I’ve always had excellent care with Diane and Dan and they sold and it became a horrible mess and horrible anxiety! Every girlfriend I know recommended Alice said you guys are the most honest and the greatest! I called on a Monday I live in the mountains. I have a terrible oil leak and was afraid to drive back home. My best friend Son went missing that’s why I drove to Denver. No one could get me in. They had two people call in sick that Monday and Preston still squeezed me in. They had my car for 2 1/2 days testing it running test and fitting me in! They were professional. They were timely and I had the best experience and will recommend my entire family who lives in the Denver Aurora area and anybody else that needs a good mechanic! Thank you, Preston and your team you guys were wonderful and have a free place to stay in Steamboat whenever you want to come skiing or hiking. ?️?️?️

Brought my Accord for a second opinion of an oil leak suggested from the Honda Dealership that they would need 150$ to diagnose even. But Ellis Diagnosed and mentioned no issues at all. I am going to them even for oil change going forward. Genuine and Honest people and I highly recommend.

Great friendly service! Really appreciated that they put my sun blocker back up and put my steering wheel club back on afterwards while my vehicle was waiting to be picked up.

Ellis car care center treated me very good and the work they did on my car was very good. I would go back to them if I ever need them again.
And my sales guy named Riley was very kind and respectful to me. Yes, I would recommend Ellis car care to all my family and friends.

Update 7/6/24: These guys are the best. Took it in for a courtesy inspection and to check the trans fluid, and they are the first mechanic I wasn't related to who didn't recommend any work because everything was running well. Such a trustworthy place, there's nowhere else I would go.
Extremely pleased with the brake replacement service I received here. Fair prices for quality work. Responsive and friendly service techs who explain what they're doing and why. Plus they're open on Saturdays. Highly recommend them and will be back!
