Mohammad was so good to my daughter and I. We came into the showroom with two trucks in mind for my daughter to try. He came over, was kind, polite, and very professional. He put the two of us at ease. He was able to work with our budget and listened to our concerns about cost and expenses. When we did purchase the vehicle, he spent a considerable amount of time with my daughter answering all her questions. Go see him if you want a sales guy who is not pushy and treats you with utmost respect.

This place sucks , don’t even consider dropping your car here , this people have no respect for customers , I drop my drop my truck for some inspection and a week later nobody called me to let me know the problem I drive back here and they don’t even open the truck to check

This place is absolutely trash. More specifically the service department. I recently had car trouble so I had my car towed to this dealership. I went in the next morning (because nobody answers their phone) to make sure they had my car and know exactly what was wrong with it. When I got their they said they didn't have it. So I spent 20 minutes explaining to them that it was towed their overnight. When they finally found it I told them what issues I was having with it and gave them my info. The advisor (Natalie Quinonez) gave me her card with her direct number on and told me it would be 24-48 hours timetable to get back to me and that they are closed on Sundays. She told me if I don't get back to me by Saturday they'll contact me by Monday. Monday came and went and went and NO callback. I called and left a message on Natalie's voicemail and still nothing. My wife and went in this morning before I went to work and spoke to Natalie directly and they still couldn't give me an answer. Finally a few hours later after doing a diagnosis test they wanted to charge me $600 for a new battery. Mo way in hell I'm paying $600 for a damn battery. I told them that that battery was fairly new and that I was having starter issues. They told me that they needed to put a new battery in it first before they could diagnos whether or not if it is the starter or alternator. I told them he'll no. I had it towed back to my house. This place is a complete ripoff and just plan terrible. Ever since Ed Bozarth left it has gone completely downhill. If you have a Chevy car do yourself a favor and take it to another dealership. This place will NEVER get my business again. EVER!!!

Makes fun of people’s death around the customers. Shows no maturity in their environment. Higher ups make everyone feel uncomfortable and there people show no intellect on vehicles to sell. As a sales associate myself who’s worked with cars. car knowledge is very important for these people, unfortunately they don’t have it. Their higher ups feel to blame the customer rather than hold THEIR EMPLOYEES accountable. Unfortunate that even the owner didn’t think mat was in the wrong and instead told me to “heal my pain” rather then understand how WRONG it is to make fun of relatives passing away. Along with Ms Kristy and Briana. Rude and also seemed to blame the guest rather than hold their associate accountable would even laugh with mat about the situation.

Samantha Navarra was the best service advisor I've ever worked with! She communicated with us promptly every step of the repair process. The alternator in our Chevy died right after my husband got it to the shop on a Thursday evening, and we had our car back by 5 pm on Monday. We've always received great service here, which is why we will always bring our decade+ old Chevy to Celebration.

Ever since Bozarth left, the service department is a joke. My truck is a 2015 so in addition to regular maintenance, occasionally I have needed extra service. I always felt that it’s best to get service at a dealer, that is up until now. I have tried to arrange service a half dozen times. Each time the service department did not answer the phone. Each time I left a message. Each time I never received a call back. How do these people stay in business? Luck? Money laundering? Something else? It’s quite amazing! I certainly won’t be trading my old truck here when the time soon comes.

Nelson and the team at Celebration Chevrolet answered every question I had and made me feel welcome. Nelson made sure I was taken care of every step of our process. I also had a really great time talking with Bri. She was super friendly and accommodating anytime I was waiting. I had an issue with vehicle charging system. I assumed alternator but with careful physical diag. The tech found tensioner was issue. Bottom line on pickup I had electrical issues causing false alarms. The Manager (Brandon ) head of service department immediately stepped up and said car would be completely checked and in a few days at no charge car was returned perfect. It has never run better. Celebration Chevy stands behind there work. Well Done

While the dealership seems to be going through a lot of changes right now I would be careful dealing with them. I recently bought a car and the whole process was and still is a headache. However Sam in the service department and the manager Matt are awesome and will make sure you are taken care of.

Everyone at Celebration Chevrolet was very helpful and kind! Our sales person Ahmed Diriye was very kind, helpful and understanding of what we were looking for. Nick was awesome as well.
