Sheila saved the day and I will be forever grateful for that. As we’re heading to my brothers wedding my partner realized the shirt he planned to wear didn’t fit. I just about arrived to the store in tears. Sheila greeted us warmly and helped us efficiently. My anxiety was through the roof and her professional and kind demeanor helped what was a tough situation. We’re now able to head to the wedding and take professional photos with the bride and groom looking very sharp! Thank you Sheila, for your kindness and help today!

What a great place - 4 stores looking for dress pants and my Spirit was broken.Wow- the team helped me find the right pants and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. The best experience, with respect and Honesty.And with the technology of personal Fitment - I was a 46 Inch waist instead of a 50 -6foot tall and 350lbs and I’m happy with myself because now - I’m dressed to impress!

Friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and asked if we needed help finding anything. When it came time to pay for our items they did it with a smile. That is rare these days and appreciate that immensely. Will be returning again and again to shop here. We recently purchased clothing for my son’s senior pictures and had the same experience.

Drove all the way here just for them to be "closed for the day". Had to go across the street to men's wear house and spend way more than I was hoping to but that's money DXL won't be getting. Not a good idea to be this understaffed during the busy holiday time

I went to this store last weekend and because there were 2 other guys looking at more expensive items I shunned away. I asked multiple times about multiple items it they would shrink it if they were prewashed. I was told 4 different things for only 2 different shirts. So the staff only cared about their sales not the customers and if they planned on coming back. The way I was treated I will NOT return to this store ever again.
