Manager rob got close in my face ! Like he was gonna put his hands on me ! I am a female and he’s a full grown man! All over requesting a refund for an item that wasn’t in its box. !!!! If the management doesn’t do anything about this I will take legal action next!

The manger here is highly unprofessional rob you don’t need to be a manger anywhere. Getting into a customers face acting like you are gonna hit a female! Where is corporate.

I went here on Halloween around 2:45. I expected it to be busy which it was. I do not go here often, and mainly go in for a certain item. When I do go here I buy quite a few of the item as to (not) have to come back often. Anyway there is always the same cashier, older woman by the name of Barbara. She is always friendly and polite, and never complains. This time the line is super long, she calls for help and no one came to help her. There were about 5 or 6 employees up front by the registers doing what ever. I felt so sorry for her. I don't know who the manager is here but I'll tell you right now you're doing a terrible job and you should be fired !!!

The manager Robb is very rude. When I entered, I politely mentioned I wanted to return a few items. He immediately asked, in a curt tone, if I had the receipt. I confirmed I did. He asked for the card I used. I explained I had paid with contactless payment on my phone. Robb insisted he could only process the return to a specific card ending in XXXX, which didn’t make sense to me since I used my phone with none of the cards attached having those last four numbers. Despite the store’s policy to refund to the original payment method, he refused and said I could only exchange items.
Reluctantly, I chose four replacements. When the new total slightly exceeded the return amount, I asked him to remove a few items. His attitude stayed rude and unwelcoming, and when I was owed 40 cents, he refused to give it to me, again stating he would only return it to a card. I was left with no choice but to walk away with the store owing me.
The amount itself is trivial, but his awful attitude throughout the whole interaction means I won’t be returning to this Dollar Tree.

Terrible customer service everytime I come in and I come in alot. I continuously have to hunt someone down to pay at the register. I could walk out without paying and no one would notice. Man your registers I should not have to decide with other customers who's yelling for help today.

If this location goes out of business it’s because of the employees. I’m not mad at the fact that there is only one register open with a store full of customers,( this is a cultural norm just go to any store). What’s more unacceptable is the cashiers don’t even greet you. It’s almost like they are mad they have customers.

I was so impressed of Shelly at the Dollar Tree at Pioneer Hills. She really helped with some items in the store and she was a fantastic attitude with Customer service. Great job of Shelly and her attitude.

The manager ? is incredibly rude. Very unprofessional and literally told a other customer, "If you don't like it, there's the door." I left my soon to be purchases behind. No way will I purchase anything in a business that is represented so badly by someone. Sad.

It's been 2 years since I've been here. Hoping for a better experience. Still terrible customer service.The manager doesn't care about the customer. Closed 10 minutes early. The thrill of the hunt? This place is a drag.
Will never spend my money here again.

If you can avoid this store, do so and go to another dollar tree. The employees are rue AF to your face and don't care at all. Customer service where? There is only 1 employee doing cashier and the manager that is it. I know that the workers are probably dealing with their stuff in life, but do not take it out on the customers. I will not be coming back to this place at all. They keep switching managers Rob will give you attitude with his body language and don't even get me started on the young women cashier, if you hate your job apply somewhere else, be grateful that you have a job and aren't homeless.

The Cashier Tomi, really went above and beyond being helpful and courteous, I recommend giving her a well needed promotion!
