I strongly dislike not being greeted or even acknowledged when I step in. It's rude! Estimated time is off completely. My car was not done by the estimated time. Not sure why there is a tracker if it the staff cant keep up with it.

I was not able to check the pressure in one of my tires even though the tire was fully inflated. Nothing registered on my pressure gauge. Discount Tire fixed it in about 15 minutes by replacing a faulty valve stem. And the repair was at “no charge “!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is now my go to tire shop!!

The Spanish guy working the counter right now is frustrating. I just came in with a nail in my tired and he comes out looks at a different tire leaning against the building and says "I don't have that in a used tire" I said "not that one this one" he examines it and says, "Yeah, we don't have a used tire in 14" you just said that about the bigger tire. Did not check to see if it can be patched or anything. Just sent me away. If you don't like your job please leave. Allow other people to do it so I don't have to cry driving around trying to find someone to help me while my job is in jeopardy.

We came in last Thursday with a bent rim because of some rocks in the road. We had to get a whole new rim. We wanted all of the rims to match so we ordered the other 3 and they all came in within a week. We were here for probably 2 hours if not longer on Thursday. Everyone here is absolutely amazing and so nice, especially Alex. As we were sitting waiting for our new rims to get put on the car, we saw Alex go into the bay multiple times to check up on the car and make sure everything was going good. Definitely come here for any tire need!!!

The staff is great, the place is clean, but when you look at the products available online vs what is actually in stock you get told you'll be spending a lot more than planned leaving you feeling like they gave you a bait-and-switch deal. It's not really a discount if you can get tires from Costco for less. I'm sure it's more the corporation fault and less the store however I was a bit of a waste of time to find out all this information *after* I arrived.

Tire caught a screw was leaking air BAD pulled into Discount Tires checked fixed my tire , get this free of charge what ???? Yup free 45 minutes, and I was gone . Santiago and his pit crew all about customer service , front desk kept you updated, 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐
