The manager righted the wrong size steel wheel they sold me. I tried to use it as my spare wrong size lug pattern...
With out a proper steel replacement on stock. They put my tire on a more costly wheel at no extra charge. Once again blowing me away with above and beyond customer service and satisfaction .

I came in with an appointment and tires preselected on the website. It turned out the store was out of that tire, so they upgraded me to another, more expensive tire at no cost. That's a 5 star from me.

Their customer service is top notch. Completely 180 from how Discount Tire was 10yrs+ ago. They're always insanely busy so expect a wait if you don't have an appointment.

Not impressed with this location. Had an appointment today and when I arrived it was busy. I was just doing a rotation and balance, but seemed like they didn’t want to do it. The customer rep told me because my rear tires are almost at the wear bar he didn’t want to touch them. Keep in mind, almost at the wear bar. Not there yet. But, he was wanting to sell me new tires. Hmmmm. Just seemed weird and I’ve never been treated so short and like I was a problem.

They took an extra hour to put on our tires and for some reason opened the hood to our car. Employees were very rude and the service was awful!

I have been coming to this location to swap my tires. Cesar is great! He is very knowledge, helpful and patient. Dominico is also. I really appreciate you guys, what you do, and your services. I will keep coming back as long as you guys keep doing a great job! Location is convenient and customer service is excellent. Thank you again!

Came in on a spare tire the day after a holiday weekend. They were super busy and there was a good sized wait time but I have to give kudos to Donni! When I got there, I was probably 3rd in line. In a short time, there were at least 5 people that came in behind me. Donni was working with a customer at his computer but took the time to let folks know he would get to us as soon as possible. When he could, he came to us and got us all on a waiting list to be seen. As he was taking care of me there was a man who came in to let him know that something was amiss with what they were doing to his car in the bay. Dinno excused himself and ran, literally ran, to the bay to get the situation taken care of. Came back with apologies and continued on with all of the customers. He kept a smile on his face and stayed calm and friendly while acknowledging everyone. It sure makes it easier to wait when things are busy when an employee takes the time to be kind and acknowledge everyone with graciousness. He's a great employee! Thanks Donni!!

Super disappointed, today I had an appointment scheduled for 3:15pm got text saying expected time of completion was 4:00pm. My car did not get taken in until 4:25pm I had to get in line to request an update and no one informed me to expect a longer than normal wait time.
Very frustrating .

Went recently, quite close to closing time, with a flat tire. I was desperate and they were so kind to take me on such short notice and got the job done quickly! I’m only leaving a review because I never received the survey, but they get full marks from me. I plan to stay with Discount Tire for my tires from now on.

Nick is wonderful! I stopped by because I had a nail in my tire and was going on a road trip in 2-days. Nick helped me and was so incredibly sincere with his replies. I appreciate how thorough he was and his recommendations. Great customer service!

After discovering a mishap that occurred when Discount Tire in Montrose worked on my car (stripped wheel locks and cross threaded stud), manager Nick at Discount Tire Aurora went above and beyond to fix the issue. He covered the services required to fix all the bolts at the shop next door as well as provided me and installed new locks. He is an example of excellent customer service and saved me a huge headache later on!
