I don't understand why they don't have perfum bottles out to smell. I can understand people probably steal them but they can put a security mechanism on them. Went there specifically to buy perfum but went somewhere else so I can actually smell before I buy.

As a pregnant customer it is inconvenient and inconsiderate to have to retrieve a code all the way downstairs at customer service to use the restroom. There has never been a code and the employees couldn’t care less to try to help you get the code.

Lady at the shoe section is very rude. If she doesn’t like her job why not get another one? I was sitting down , mind you at dillards and pretty much every mall there are lounging areas everywhere, and it was almost closing time so we were not in the way of any customers. She rudely asked if I was needing any sizes to which I responded no and she rolled her eyes. She then proceeded to ask the same question to some other customers sitting and when they said no she yelled “this is not a waiting room” if I was working as an associate at a retail store if you’re not asking me to do more work you are no bother to me so why did it bother her so much that we were simply sitting instead of wasting her time pretending we were going to buy shoes? The security there is very prejudice and racist as well, wouldn’t stop looking at mom and I while we were browsing and our car was getting unlocked and it was outside the lot so we had to kill time. Moral of the story if you don’t like your job get another one, I shop at dillards all the time especially at the Ralph Lauren section but the employees there need to remember they are just that- employees

Very good store, with a variety of brands at good prices. It's a shame about the staff they have, I made a purchase and the cashier literally threw the purchases at me when I paid... that's why I rated it with one star. I made the purchase this day at 3:40 pm at the checkout in the Guess area.
