I was a previous customer that I started driving a company vehicle so I canceled my insurance and then I decided to buy another vehicle and was in need of insurance. It was a real simple process real easy to do on the new vehicle. I got insurance and less than 10 minutesover the phone the young lady on the phone was extremely nice and basically all business, which is great

We are so happy with our State Farm Agent Denise Smith and her entire staff. We couldn't be more happy with the customer service and their attention to detail. Everyone in this office is friendly and kind. Kaila helped me today and I received the document that I needed immediately. However, this is true with any agent that we have ever spoken to. Thank you for taking care of our needs.

A million thanks to Kaila Quintana, Denise Smith's executive assistant, for getting my daughter's homeowners, auto and umbrella policies successfully transitioned from Safeco to State Farm! It took some time and effort to get exactly the coverage we needed, but we got there! I have been with State Farm for over 50 years. I rarely provide reviews, but this high level of great customer service deserves recognition. Kaila certainly excelled at her job and Denise is fortunate to have her on staff! I also appreciated the advice in updating my homeowners policy!
