I bought an iPhone 14 for a present for Christmas from here was told by Maria E that the case and the wall block charger were free with the purchase, but turns out they were actually 80 bucks just for case and charger but I went to return it Tuesday and was told they are not refundable so please be careful and don’t get accessories just get them on Amazon

I stopped in today about 2pm, and being a Cricket customer for close to 20 years, I felt ok with just doing an upgrade to my phone, it will have been my 3rd or 4th in about 10 years. But once inside, with no other customer in the store, a woman came out of the back, got on the computer/laptop, and completely ignored me. After about 4 minutes looking at phones which had no price or model numbers (one had the model number written with magic marker on the back) I decided to leave. I noticed a T-Mobile just a few doors down. There were about 5 or 6 customers in that store, and within less than a minute, I was being helped. After talking with them, and now having looked at a few others, I might just take my number to a different company. I came to Cricket after Verizon took over Air Touch when they dropped the ball in there service to me. I WAS happy with Cricket until now. But my experience at this location sure was below sub-par.

These cockkk schmokers charge U jus 2 pay ? your bill! ??The unlimited data is also a bunch of bull also. What good is unlimited data if it never works when you need it? ??♂️??

Antonio was very helpful. He showed me the different phones and tried to simplify the different plans. Which is a good thing! Don't really care for cricket phones but I needed a phone and my carrier after being with them for 7 years kept shutting my hotspot off on my 4G phone. Then they finally told me that I would have to upgrade to a 5G in order to get my hotspot back. This went on for 3 months! Every time I call they'd walk me through the settings and all this just trying to BS me. I hate companies like that!

Went in because I had a question regarding my new phone. The person there was too busy talking to his I guess the manager and just kind of ignored me and then I said is there a fix for my phone or... and I was told by the girl in front of the manager "I don't know what your problem is, it works fine for me." Well gee, what happened to customer service?

I had a new phone from Verizon that finally got unlocked so I went to this location and Jessica helped with a new sim card, transferring my contacts over and in general went out of her way to make sure that everything worked! This was December 16 of this year. I am very very satisfied withe the service I got!
