Over 20 years as a loyal customer & now I officially can't stand this rip off excuse for a phone service. LITERALLY CAN'T DO SHIT on their website cause they keep making unnecessary changes & half of their links to make a payment doesn't work, so now I'm practically forced to pay extra "in store" & they keep adding extra bullshit fees like their "bridge pay enrollment" which I've NEVER HAD TO DO even back n January 2025 when I needed a bridge payment. By far THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!

Horrible customer service, the worst of all. Went in to get my granddaughters phone replaced had insurance they told me they had bad experiences with insurance claims and they don't do it at this location.

Came in for a new replacement phone today and was treated really well by both employees on staff! On top of that, they gave me a really good deal on the phone and accessories! This place is awesome, I would recommend it.
