I came in with my moms iPhone she used for three days before she decided to switch back to android to get the iPhone ported over to an existing account. She asked me to sell it for her now after leaving the store my phone has a passcode on it and I’m locked out of the phone my mom never set q passcode on the phone and the customer service was horrible. It’s my problem now that the representative locked my iPhone and lied and said all cricket stores close at 7 when I called a different cricket store that closes at 8… he obviously needs some training on his job and now I’m stuck with a locked iPhone because of him and he asked if I checked the registry to see if it was a stolen iPhone after I had already explained this was my moms old phone I’m seeking for her. Now I can’t sell it because I’m locked out because it was a completely unlocked restored iPhone and he closes in 15 minutes and had no solution…. I just want to reiterate this iPhone never had a passcode the three days it was used and he was the most unhelpful person who provided the most inconvenient customer service experience and called me a thief.I’ve attached a pic of how the phone was before he touched it - unlocked and ready to port over
