Pa-o-la is super disrespectful super unprofessional definitely should not be in customer service. I went in to find out why my bill was charged an extra 40 a month with out warning or explanation. So when i asked her why she was full of i dont knows and told me i need to call another company. Didnt want to give me the number and started yelling at me when i was confused as to why my account was changed without notice. She started to bark like a dog literally. ? cussed me out in spanish as of i dont understand. Just because im white doesnt mean i dont speak spanish. I am very disappointed in this store and this company. Ive been with ceicket for 15 years. I hope this woman is removed as "manager" she definitely isnt manager material. A full on screaming match because this woman felt like she can talk to customers any way she pleases. I troed reaching out to the pwner and of course no response from him. Go some where else definitely a different location.

This place has the worst people working. So rude and they talk to you like your stupid. Almost walked out and went to another one but just suffered through the terrible customer service and later called cricket for them to actually help and fix the mess ups they did.

Out of stock on several phones. After 30 minutes of trying to get service and find out what my options were, I left empty handed. Apparently Cricket has a phone shortage and only the most expensive phones are available in store.

The guy (can't remember his name) that helped me out with a new phone after I smashed mine on the 4th of July was unbelievably friendly and helpful probably won't go to any other cricket store as long as he is working.
