DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Rudest people in the office, they never do anything wrong it is your fault! They add stupid little charges to your rent, it will increase like crazy! If you put in a maintenance request it won’t get done, it will take them like three months to get to it(didn’t have a washer for two months)!!! ROACH infested!!!! If you didn’t have any, you will have them now! Mold everywhere and they won’t take care of it, just paint over it or cover it!!! They break into cars and your mailbox!!!! If you have a carport forget about it being available for you even though you pay extra for it! The tow company is never there!!!!! I moved out and now I have been billed, over $1,000 dollars in damages, when I hired a cleaning crew to leave the place looking amazing!!! I didn’t leave it bad because they already had rented it out by the next week! This place is so gross and such scammers!!!! They will try to take all your money! Look somewhere else!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! DONT RENT HERE!!!!!!!! To the “ management team!!!! Mangers??? Can’t believe y’all can live with yourselfs knowing how dirty you guys do people!!!!

Was trying to rent a unit here..1st there is an application fee of $22 non refundable..Plus $200 deposit to hold unit, non refundable as well, whether you are approved or not..who can afford to forfeit $200 these days.I am a business owner and they would not accept my proof of income as it has my business ma.e and nit my government name. All documents have been provided to show ownership of band business account. Still not accepted!I am trying to move and need all of my funds to do so, not $200 kept because documents provided aren't to their liking.Frustrated beyond measure behind this foolery!

Management is horrible. No one cares. We put in request for some work before we moved out but nothing was done and we got charged for things what we do not brake. Charged for changing the rug, although the rugs were cleaned professionally and was dirty andold when we moved in. I would not rent from this company again. Nothing but a bunch of liers and cheaters.Six weeks after we moved out I called the office where is our deposit and no one knows. Than they send it to collections. Terrible and disgusting company. I would give 0 stars if I could

DO NOT RENT HERE. Management is rude, never answers the phone, and makes everything your fault. There is a roach infestation, maintenance is always delayed, and it’s an unsafe place to live. The gates don’t work, your car will get wrongfully towed, stolen, or broken into. The fences are torn and it is filthy. Additionally, there was multiple break ins, harassment, and damaged property by homeless individuals who had free access to the complex during my stay. I was charged wrongfully during move out and when I tried to dispute the charges I kept getting ignored. Even when I took it past the manager. Please save your money and peace of mind. It’s not worth it.

Don’t recommend this place at all. Management is horrible. They will never answer your emails and when you do go into the office, they have a horrible attitude. Your mail will get stolen because people will break into your mail box. You will wait months to get things fixed. Our washer broke down (maintenance broke it) and we weren’t able to wash for an entire month and a half. Our stair well was broken and it was never fixed. Lots of homeless people. People had their cars broken into. Apartments were broken into and destroyed. BIG roach problem! Oh … and they will charge crazy move out costs. I left the apartment the same way I received it and they charged me carpet and tub charges. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your money. I’ve provided photos of how I left the apartment.

I rarely leave reviews but after my experience with Copper Flats, I felt compelled to do so. This place is a joke! Management gives you the runaround and excuse after excuse. Had to go through multiple people just to get updates on my application after waiting more than 2 weeks for a response. The management in the leasing office are nice, but incompetent and appear to not want to be there. The property management group is an absolute disaster and quite possibly have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They lie to your face and make you jump through hoops just to get things done. Finally after 2+ weeks i was able to get my deposit back, though it took back and forth arguments for several days just to do so. Save yourself the time and the effort of dealing with the main property management group and go somewhere else. The apartments themselves are ok for the money, there is no central air (just a small a/c unit right next to the front door which makes no sense whatsoever), layouts (with furniture) feel cramped and uninviting, there is not a single ceiling light in the entire apartment (minus the kitchen and bathroom) so you would have to buy lamps for every single room, the washer and dryer are stackable units and could barely fit a family's laundry load. There is a wood burning fireplace in the unit, but who knows when the last time they were serviced or cleaned. The units did have nice flooring, new paint, and fixtures, the carpet in the bedrooms was nice but felt cheap. Conveniently located across the street from the hospital, right next to the highway and public transport, there are homeless people, the community is gated though the gate doesn't even work. Read the reviews, do your research and make an informed decision before dealing with this place. Save the hassle and go somewhere else.

I don’t want to leave a bad review because I don’t live here but for my mom I will say something. she has been a tenant for 3 days as of today. She got her keys & walked into an apartment that wasn’t even ready. She hasn’t even cooked a meal because her stove doesn’t even work. How do you expect someone to eat?? She paid 3600 just to move in. And that was everything she had out of pocket. Do y’all expect for people to have money to eat out everyday or have family / friends they can to go to just to have a hot meal? This is unacceptable. The sink in the kitchen is clogged, toilet hardly flushing, knobs in the shower/bathtub are loose. lights flickering! Like little things that you expect for a home to be ready to when you move in isn’t even ready. I feel so bad for my mom cause I know how excited she was looking to finally get her own lol spot. If nothing is fixed within the next few weeks I will be back to attach EVERY photo I took the day she moved in.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Management is absolutely abhorrent. I didn't want to believe the negative reviews because the place looked nice, but they're 100% true. Roaches, spiders, predatory towing practices (hope you never plan on having a guest over), terribly maintained property, the works. This is place is the very definition of "don't judge a book by its cover". No wonder the leases are atypically long. It's the only way they can keep renters.

This place has to be the worst. Since I moved in (late june) I have had a leaking ceiling. I notified the office within days of moving in and to this day, still not one bit of progress. The leaking has turned into ever growing mold and a hole in my ceiling. Yet the office employees have done absolutely nothing about it.Per the lease, all complaints must be submitted in writing via the resident portal or email. I’ve done that and still nothing.Per Colorado Residential Tenants Health and Safety Act (HB 19-170), the property management should respond with in 96 hours.I have requested mold test. Nothing. They scheduled roof repairs for an interior leak caused by A/C. When the roofer came out and “fixed” the issue. I notified the office and they sent him back out. I actually spoke to the roofer and he insured it was not a roofing issue and it was beyond his scope of work.I relayed that information again and still nothing. If you look at other reviews on google for this timeframe , I am not the only one in this complex dealing with mold and getting no help. Also every complaint is responded to with similar text saying call the front office. The same office that does nothing to help.Currently working through this trying work this issue. I will respite or update this post as the issue continues.Bottom line. My recommendation is, find someone else.

Awful people working the leasing office. They never answer the phone or have a real solution to a problem. Very little attention to multiple MICE in my unit, I had to put in my own traps until they decided to have an exterminator come weeks later (did not resolve the problem). I had to pack up and leave because I was killing myself to pay rent to live somewhere that gave me the heebie jeebies. I was told that the "key fobs were all taken" so I never had access to the pool or any amenities unless it was during leasing office hours. I could go on & on. Worst experience ever.

This complex is pretty, if you can ignore the trash and dog poop everywhere. But pretty does nothing when management is ignorant and neglectful. We have had mold in our unit for over 3 months from a pinhole leak in a toilet pipe that flooded our closet. Management got a fan out a day later and left it for a week. Once the leak was fixed they completely ignored us except to grab their fans back once it was dry. A month later we had put in multiple work orders with zero response about concerns over mold. Got a call multiple times saying they'll "come out tomorrow" so one of us would call out of work to accommodate for our dogs only for them to completely ignore us for another week. Then we found mold. A month after we let them know we found mold to zero response or effort, someone came in to cut a 1'x5' hole in the wall, covered it with a trash bag and painters tape, then left after saying he didn't know if he was supposed to do that or not. It currently is still like this. We have asked for money back and they offered a $250 compensation so we asked for a way out of the lease and they said we would have to pay a fee. My roommate also left a google review that cannot be found anymore, seems to me like the complex removed it. The city is investigating this situation.

Our friends came and visited for one night from out of state. Their car was in the parking lot for less than two hours and got towed for $400. The tow company said we need to bring it up to the apartment complex and they said that there’s nothing they can do and they sent an email about towing and how they needed be parked outside of the gate. So it’s ok for it to not be in the lease but an email is ok? Also nothing mentioned in the lease too about guest parking permits. The guy at the office couldn’t even find it in my lease . If you’re looking to live here seriously don’t. They’ll take advantage of you too. That price does not justify the time.

Horrible experience living here!! I would give ZERO stars if i could. Please do your due diligence before signing a lease, apartment had pests (roaches and mice), had maintenance spray multiple times, still saw them. Car was broken into multiple times as well, AND STOLEN OUT OF THE LOT!! - management did absolutely nothing about it, we asked for a garage but they said none were available.I never felt safe at these apartments, our ring camera shower homeless people wandering day and night through the complex, looking in our windows at night. Homeless encampments were popping up near the parking area by the highway, saw homeless people living in the vacant apartments, told management who FINALLY did something about it the fourth time we called/left an email. It was awful. Please do not waste your time here, management does not care and was super unhelpful the time we were here.
